Islit (Insulinitis, near-total to total loss
of endogenous insulin), requiring daily/
nightly dosing of exogenous insulin to
try to stay alive.

Cellosis, superior new clarifying name for
continued insulin production unable to keep
glucose level < HbA1c 6.5. Risk of getting
Cellosis & Hypertension & Cardiovascular
Disease increases as BMI & Waist Circum-
ference increases.
https://prohuman.net/pix2/BMI-WaistCircumference-Cellosis&Hypertension&CardiovascularDisease-Risk.jpg

Older age increases risk apart from weight
& waist cirumference issues, and high carb
diets increase risk even at BMI < 25. Lack
of exercise is also a causal factor. Inherited
familial polygenetic risk (from parents and/or
siblings and/or other relatives having Cellosis)
also can play a causal factor.

The following study compares total rates of
cardiovascular & kidney disease among those
with Cellosis (most prevalent Disparate High
Glucose Condition, up to 95% who have one
of the seven DHGCs have Cellosis) compared
to the rate among those who have Islit.

Unfortunately, HbA1c levels and other contrib-
uting factors like BMI, smoking, drinking, hyper-
tension, & other illnesses were not part of the
study.

Most unfortunate as that makes it impossible
to discern reduction in risk from lower HbA1c,
no smoking, lower weight, less drinking, ab-
sence of or well-treated hypertension, absence
of other illnesses.

Another unmentioned factor, 50% of Islit diag-
nosed at age < 19, 30% at age 19-29.9, and
Cellosis has highest sequelae risk when diag-
nosed at age < 40, with the Cellosis sequelae
risk decreasing in each decade of older age
when diagnosed.

Therefore, the increased risks from having Islit
iterated in the following article primarily stem
from the fact the studied participants with Islit
have had Islit for a much longer average period
of time than the studied participants have had
Cellosis.

It would be relevant to know the duration of
disease and how that impacted risk in those
with Islit compared to those with Cellosis.

The old confusing way which all-too-often
involves folks using the diabetes / diabetic
words without a clarifier:

diabetes / diabetic without a clarifier,
diabetes / diabetic guessing required

Pro-Humanist FREELOVER, promoting
since May 17 2010 putting an end to
all outdated confusing misleading
diabetes/diabetic ways of referring
to each and all of Disparate High
Glucose Conditions (DHGCs) and one ...

... mostly non-glucose anomaly and
one low glucose anomaly which uses
an outdated confusing reactive hypo-
glycemia term, ...

... replacing all of that with new
superior clarifying medical terms
which hopefully will end diabetes/
diabetic/reactive hypoglycemia con-
fusion & misleading, putting an end
to the use of those terms, totally:

o There are 13 specific types of rapid
onset Insulinitis (Islit). I've had
Insulitis Islit (the predominate type)
since March 1961, age 5.
https://prohuman.net/pix2/new_superior_clarifying_name_is_INSULINITIS.jpg

o There is 1 slow onset type of Islit,
Latent Autoimmune Islit.

o There are 21 specific types of the
most widespread DHGC which is present
in up to 95% of those with any DHGC,
Cellosis, new clarifying name for
type 2 diabetes, its precondition is
called PreCellosis.

The only preventable/reversible DHGC
is Preventable Cellosis, new clarify-
ing specific type of the preventable
type 2 diabetes, estimated to be the
type that at least 85% of Americans
with Cellosis have.
https://prohuman.net/pix2/BMI-WaistCircumference-Cellosis&Hypertension&CardiovascularDisease-Risk.jpg

o There is 1 specific type of DHGC that
happens in < 10% of pregnancies called
Gestational Cellosis.

o There are 11 specific types of dimin-
ished insulin production, monogenic
conditions called Diminosis.

o There are 12 specific type of dimin-
ished insulin production that happens
up to 6 months after birth, monogenic
conditions called Neonatal Diminosis.

o There are 24 specific types of contin-
ued but problematic DHGCs referred to
as Ohiglucons (Other High Glucose Con-
ditions).

o There are 6 specific types of a mostly
non-glucose anomaly called Insipidus.

o There are 21 specific types of Hypogly-
cemia Uncaused by Treatments for High
Glucose (Hut).

non-glucose anomaly / a low glucose anom-
