BMI 23.2
Weight 144.8 pounds
Waist-to-Height Ratio 0.430
Waist 28.50 inches
Height 5 feet 6.25 inches

7/1, despite 56.5% increase in calories
along with same exercise, I decreased .6
pound and .1 BMI. Doing fine with calor-
ies until my insulin guess when glucose
was rising before before my 5th exercise
session (before 8 PM) was too high, ...

... resulting in large carbs/calories to
fight a glucose level in the 60s that re-
sisted going > 70 mg/dl. Oddly enough,
large carbs/calories did not result in
glucose rebound (it usually does cause
that).

6/30, lost weight and .25 inch in waist
with 33.2% less calories and with extra
exercise compared to 6/29.

6/29, too many calories but I re-lost .2
pound - the extra exercise (compared to
6/28) helped.

o Exercise

- 7/1 6 30 minute indoor cycling
sessions, total 180 minutes

- 6/30 6 30 minute indoor cycling
sessions, total 180 minutes

- 6/29 4 30 minute indoor cycling
sessions, total 120 minutes

o Diet (including fiber & nuts &
coffee & atorvastatin & multi-
vitamins which I hadn't tracked
'til 5/31):

- 7/1 1,575 calories
~ 100 grams of protein
~ 322 grams of carbs
~ 26 grams of fat
~ 75.5 grams of fiber
~ 10 servings of fruit
~ 5.5 servings of vegetables
~ 0 serving of nuts
~ 2 large cups of coffee
~ 5 mg atorvastatin
~ 1 multi-vitamin

- 6/30 1,005 calories
~ 73.5 grams of protein
~ 198 grams of carbs
~ 21 grams of fat
~ 61.5 grams of fiber
~ 3 servings of fruit
~ 5.5 servings of vegetables
~ 0 serving of nuts
~ 3 large cups of coffee
~ 5 mg atorvastatin
~ 1 multi-vitamin

- 6/29 1,505 calories
~ 77.5 grams of protein
~ 283 grams of carbs
~ 32 grams of fat
~ 69 grams of fiber
~ 8 servings of fruit
~ 5.5 servings of vegetables
~ 1 serving of nuts
~ 3 large cups of coffee
~ 5 mg atorvastatin
~ 1 multi-vitamin

o Insulin dosing (note that sometimes
I do 30 minute elevated basal, like
a 30 minute bolus, usually due to
rising glucose, sometimes in con-
junction with exercise, & I suspend
basal when trying to prevent a hypo)

- 7/1 23.0 total units
~ 12.7 units basal (55%)
~ 10.3 units bolus (45%)

- 6/30 21.9 total units
~ 10.1 units basal (46%)
~ 11.8 units bolus (54%)

- 6/29 23.5 total units
~ 10.4 units basal (44%)
~ 13.1 units bolus (56%)

o Average glucose level (last HbA1c
of 5.3, average glucose 105 mg/dl,
was 18 mg/dl lower than my CGM aver-
age glucose)

- 7/1 108 mg/dl (fine all day until
my insulin guess be-
for my 5th exercise
session was too high,
resulting in
2.1% < 70 mg/dl in
the 60s, & large carb/
calories response,
97.9% 70-180 mg/dl,
no > 180 mg/dl)

- 6/30 111 mg/dl (100% 70-180 mg/dl,
no < 70 mg/dl,
no > 180 mg/dl)

- 6/29 111 mg/dl (1.4% upper 60s, no
> 180 mg/dl)
