The following website keeps track of that.

What they don't keep track of which those
of us who have any of the disparate High
Glucose Conditions (HGCs) would be fascin-
ated to know, how many supercentenarians
have any HGC, which one(s) they have, and
how long they've had them.

A few supercentenarian facts:

o Their current list is entirely female,
36 still living females ages 112 to 116.

o The oldest living American, Alelia Murphy,
113 years old, and the oldest living human,
Kane Tanaka, 116 years old.

o Per their lists, only 5 people have lived
117 years, all females, but they're all
deceased, although they have a long list
of people categorized as limbo - no recent
confirmation alive - which has 15 females
listed at ages 117 to 122, and 1 female
listed at age 123.

o The longest-lived male, one who lived
116 years, now deceased.

o I've read elsewhere that the longest-lived
age has remained constant for the last 30
years, which some view as the maximum that
a human can live.

Disclaimer at the bottom of the website:

The total number Supercentenarians that we
have cited above has been frequently been
misconstrued in the news media as represent-
ing every single person in the world aged
110 and over.

The actual estimated number of worldwide liv-
ing Supercentenarians is more likely to be
between 300 - 450 persons.

For the USA, we predict something like 60 -
75 Supercentenarians.

While the total number of validated cases
cited above is only about ten percent of the
suspected real-world total, it should also
be noted that the bulk of the true Supecen-
tenarians actually fall between 110 - 113
years old; hardly any ever survive to live
past 115.

Our estimate of 300 - 450 persons is based
on a survival percentage of centenarians-to-
age-110 to be between 0.15 - 0.25 percent.

It should be noted that a significant major-
ity of worldwide claimants to be age 110-or-
over have subsequently been proven to be
false; these individuals and more often their
family or friends have their own personal mo-
tives for claiming these persons and, we are
sad to report, are occasionally disingenuous
(not well-intentioned).

We believe that the increasing number of true
cases that we have observed during the last
30 years are the result of at least two fac-
tors:

(1) the diligence of our own committee members
throughout the world who deserve much of
the credit; and

(2) far more persons are reaching 110 than ever
before. That is, people who were dying at
105 - 109 are now reaching 110 - 113 years
of age.

Then you need a sex change to make the record books.

But your poor eyesight suggests DM microvascular damage already.

Insulinitis = Insulitis: β-cell destruction by lymphocytes, not a disease name.

Search for supercentenarians at google.com
and a picture of an unnamed woman smoking
appears next to their description of the
word (don't know why they're using that
picture): "A supercentenarian (sometimes
hyphenated as super-centenarian) is ...

their 110th birthday. This age is achieved
by about one in 1,000 centenarians."

Supercentenarian

Excerpts [with clarifying inserts, not part
of original article, included in brackets]:

...

Research on the morbidity of supercentenarians
has found that they remain free of major age-
related diseases (e.g., stroke, cardiovascular
disease, dementia, cancer, Parkinson's disease,
and diabetes [actually, only Cellosis, new
clarifying name for type 2 diabetes, has a ...

... until the very end of life when they die
of exhaustion of organ reserve, which is the
ability to return organ function to homeostasis.

About 10% of supercentenarians survive until
the last 3 months of life without major age-
related diseases, as compared to only 4% of
semisupercentenarians and 3% of centenarians.

[Put another way, 90% of supercentenarians

last 3 months of life, 96% of semisupercen-
entarians have one or more of those, and
97% of centenarians have one or more of
those.]

March 9 13,810,000,006 (2019 CE)

116-year-old Japanese woman crowned the world's
oldest person by Guinness Book of World Records
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2019/03/09/worlds-oldest-person-japanese-woman-116-guinness-book-records/3114032002/

Kane Tanaka wakes up at 6 a.m. each day, likes
to study math and other subjects for fun and
competes fiercely in the board game Othello.

It's proven to be a pretty good combination for
the 116-year-old from Fukuoka, Japan.

Tanaka was named Saturday the new oldest living
person in the world by the Guinness Book of
World Records.

She was recognized at a ceremony at her nursing
home where she was given a commemorative framed
certificate and a box of chocolates. She started
eating the chocolates immediately, Guinness said,
and responded with "100" when asked how many she
planned to eat that day.

Tanaka, the youngest of seven children of Kumakichi
and Kuma Ota, was born prematurely on Jan. 2, 1903.
Theodore Roosevelt was president of the United States
and World War I was still a full decade away from
changing geopolitics forever.

She married Hideo Tanaka at 19, before they had ever
met, following a Japanese norm at the time. The couple
went on to have four children and adopt a fifth.

Hideo Tanaka operated a family business that produced
sticky rice and Udon noodles. Kane Tanaka took on a
greater role in the family business after Hideo began
military service in 1937 during the Second Sino-Japan-
ese War. Their oldest son served in World War II and
was held captive by the Soviet Union before returning
to Japan.

Kane Tanaka now resides in Fukuoka, located in the
southwest portion of Japan, across the sea from South
Korea.

She's overcome several operations, including one for
cataracts and another for colorectal cancer, according
to Guinness.

To become the oldest person ever recorded, Kane Tanaka
would need to live another six years to surpass the
record held by Jeanne Louise Calment of France for the
past 22 years. Calment, born Feb. 21, 1875, died at
the age of 122 years and 164 days on Aug. 4, 1997.

Guinness says that the title for oldest living man is
"under investigation" after Masazo Nonaka of Japan died
Jan. 20 at 113 years and 179 days. The oldest man ever
recorded was Jiroemon Kimura of Japan who died in 2013
at 116 years and 54 days.
