This morning, weight = 150.8 pounds,
BMI = 24.2, waist = 29.0 inches,
waist/height ratio = 29/66.25 which
= 0.438 . Looking forward to return-
ing to the < 150 pound area, an ...

.. area I haven't been in since a
low fat diet (wasn't counting calor-
ies or measuring my waist or track-
ing my BMI or closely monitoring my
daily insulin dosages at that time)
way back in 2005.

I had my highest calorie burden 4
days ago, but was around 1,000 cal-
ories the last 3 days, 'tis why it
took 4 days to lose my most recent
1.2 pounds, 1/10th of a BMI.

I still don't feel thin, but I have
3 creases in my waist that I didn't
have when my BMI was 29.0 .

I did exercise an extra 30 minutes
4 days ago and an extra 24 minutes
yesterday in a 4th exercise session
in addition to my standard 90 minute
exercise in 3 30 minute sessions.

I switched to Fiasp insulin in a
return to using my Omnipod insulin
pump (oh joy!) around 8:40 PM on
March 4, so that's why my insulin
presentation now includes ultra-
fast-acting Fiasp insulin and ...

... starting March 5, no longer
includes basal NPH insulin or the
slowest (but most affordable) quick
acting Regular insulin.

Diet/insulin the last 4 days, since
March 3:

Mar 4 1,832 calories
34 fat, 340 carb, 91 protein
4 NPH,
1.5 Fiasp Basal,
12 Regular,
2.35 Fiasp Bolus, 19.85 Total Units

Mar 5 982 calories
7 fat, 198 carb, 77 protein
5.65 Fiasp Basal, 10.4 Fiasp Bolus, 16.05 Total Units

Mar 6 1,006 calories
29 fat, 154 carb, 72 protein
8 Fiasp Basal, 6.8 Fiasp Bolus, 14.8 Total Units

Mar 7 1,008 calories
30 fat, 142 carb, 75 protein
7.65 Fiasp Basal, 9.95 Fiasp Bolus, 17.6 Total Units
