resource book for people with ostomies by someone who actually is one.
It is the result of 4 years intensive worldwide research and contains
over 460 pages, 300 weblinks and the latest information about benefits
and grants. Details information is also contained about such
contraversial subjects as intimacy and sex including pregnancy and
birth control. The Book is called "Unwanted Baggage" and is available

which also produces a free newsletter with the latest medical and
benefit details. We have a special page for child ostomates with
ostomates puppets and we provide free laminated certificates for
children for bravery under surgery. The book and website are to raise
awareness and funds for ostomates.
All the profits from the website goods in the "shop" are donated to
the Uk ostomy charities and all book royalties will be donated among
them. Audited a/c will be available on request at year end. We have
only been live for 8 weeks but we have 1200 subscribers to our
newsletter!! Details of all the ostomy associations are on the website
