On July 25, 1998 the owners of the "Rising Sun Tavern" will present
a folk art painting class. Frances Walker, a Vermont painter, will
teach the preparation, decoration, and finishing of a wooden door
topper. No painting experience is needed, and all materials and
supplies will be provided. Breakfast and lunch will be served as
well. The cost for the day is $70, and includes materials(yours to
keep), instruction, and meals. Only 8 spaces are open in this
