HP of no Help! Need alternative part number for 381859-001

My XW 9300 workstation system board says: 381859-001
I double checked the numbers, and have looked through the auction sites
and online sales sites, and cannot find a RED XW 9300 Opteron motherboard,
much less one with the label 381859-001. The hp support pages came back
with a generic manual. Wonderful! That does me no good. I need to
find a replacement for this board without having to change out the case,
and re-load my hard drive. Has anyone heard of the 381859-001 or have
a corresponding part number or alternative number?
