I am selling my recently-purchased Software Audio Workshop. This is a
professional quality direct-to-disk multitrack recording package. It
records 4 stereo tracks (8 individual tracks) in very much the same
manner as a 4 track tape machine. It uses a standard sound card for
input and with a Music Quest MQX32M it can synchronize to SMPTE and
MIDI. It includes the SAW pakage and the SAW Utilities Pack which is
like an effects rack. The utilities do the following: file format
conversion (WAV/SND), compressor/limiter, Equalizer, Delay, and auto
panning. I can send a Utilities Rack demo disk for serious inquiries.
This is an award-winning package and is an excellent entry-level step
into the world of digital multitrack recording. I paid over $650. I
will start bidding at $500 and I will sell to the highest bidder.

I am selling an almost-new copy of Software Audio Workshop. It is an
entry-level digital recording package for Windows. It will perform
multitracking of four stereo (eight individual) tracks. Included is
the SAW Utilities Rack, which allows for file conversion and effects
including compression, flanging, delay, and auto-panning. The software
requires a fast computer, a fast disk drive, and ideally a good quality
sound card. It takes as much hard drive space as any digital recording,
about 5 Meg/minute for each individual track (10M/min for stereo). It
has a sotrage function that allows a work to be stored on a DAT tape and
one floppy disk in real time. That is, a five minute song can be archived
in five minutes. This software is much better than Turtle Beach Quad
Studio. I paid over $650. I will start bidding at $500 and sell to the
highest bidder.
