"Although it turned in respectable performance scores, the ThinkPad
560's main focus is
portability, not power. Its travel weight is just 4.8 pounds, a figure
aided by a very compact
AC adapter brick. At 1.3 inches, the ThinkPad 560 matches the HiNote
Ultra II for
ultra-thinness. But the ThinkPad's slightly larger overall footprint
(11.8 by 8.8 inches)
provides room for a stunning 12.1-inch SVGA active-matrix display and
a full-size keyboard
and the trademark pointing stick." PC MAG

You've given us all the info we need
except the processor speed, along with a
lot that we don't need, like the
presumed $2000 value --- way off! You
can get the original 560's (pentium 133)
for about what you're asking from many
sources. I paid $245 for my 560e
(pentium 166 mmx), although I had to buy
a battery and floppy. All in all, I
have about $700 in mine after I bought
all the accessories, including two port
replicators, two power bricks, modem and
NIC.
You don't have a bad deal there, just
didn't give the info you needed to, and
unnecessarily hyped the info you did
give.
