I recently paid five bucks for a large list of web sites that are live
auctions for computers. I think it was an excellant list, however, I also
firmly belive in the free flow of information. The person I got this list
from told me it was not copyrighted.

You actually paid for that? Really? You do know that these kind of
things can be had free. For example, 20 seconds at Yahoo gets you 22
sites:
http://www.yahoo.com/Business_and_Economy/Companies/Auctions/Computers/
which has a subcategory.
Not to be unnecessarily mean about it, but let this be a lesson: think
twice (or thrice) before paying for _anything_ on the net.
