Faulty Samsung SyncMaster 910MP Monitor

Hi,

I have this monitor over 3 years and it has developed a fault in that the
screen goes black whilst the monitor switch light is still on. After I
switch the monitor from Power supply socket and switch it on, then the
monitor light and the screen would appear and work normally. It happens
once to four times a day. First I thought my Monitor is burst but some one
told me that this fault is common with this Monitor.

Has any one else facing this problem please?

For a lay man, that is it and he would have thrown the monitor out.
