On Ebay:

This is a Microsoft EasyBall Childs Mouse. The Microsoft EasyBall features a
big, 4 inch yellow ball and single large blue button that children aged 2 to
6 will find easy to use, as well and those with disabilities and the elderly
suffering from arthritis If you've watched children use regular mice, they
have a tough time clicking without moving the mouse pointer as they do. The
EasyBall solves this problem, plus you can set the travel distance on the
ball to be very small, so that they don't overshoot targets while playing
games. Also, there is no need to lift up and reposition the mouse when you
have traveled to the edge of the screen. Also note: The EasyBall plugs
into the computers serial port, and with the included software, allows the
EasyBall to be used simultaneously with the standard computer PS2 mouse.
This allows the Parent to assist the child with the program they are using,
or to join in on the games that they are playing. Included with the
EasyBall is the original Software/Driver diskette.

Our children are grown up and using standard mice so we no longer have a
need for this unit. It has not been used in a couple of years, however it
worked perfectly the last time it was connected to the computer. The
condition of this unit is excellent.
