Do I need to even tell you that the Woodside Literary Agency, which
spammed your group yesterday, is not a legitimate literary agency? If
you didn't see this particular post, praise the cancelbots for canceling
them. The Woodside "Agency" (in reality, a couple living in Queens named
Ursula Sprachtman and James Leonard) specializes in exploiting the
ignorance of people who want to be writers, but don't know the business.

DON'T EVEN THINK OF SENDING THEM MONEY. No matter what their name, how
sincere they sound, OR how much they praise your work, no legitimate
agent or publisher asks you for money upfront--they take their profits
ONLY from sales they make for you, and no sooner.
