These printers are NEW IN THE BOX (sealed-We will open one end to insert
the cable (if you order it) with a 2 year manufacturers warranty from STAR
MICRONICS. Any problems that happen to arrise will have to be handled
directly through them by you (the buyer) since we are selling these
printers so far below dealer cost. Packages are insured so any damages in
shippment will be handled by the buyer with the carrier (notify them
immediatley).
