Frank has an item that he wishes to sell to Joe. The two of them agree to use
this mediating company. So Frank sends his item to the company. Joe sends his
payment to the company. Joe also writes instructions on how to test the item.
This could be as simple as 'do nothing' or as complex as 'plug it into a PC to
make sure it works'. If necessay the company gets the tests approved by Frank.
Frank should probably send a release for the tests to begin with along with
the item. Lastly if things are ok, the company sends Joe the item and Frank
the money. Frank and Joe can work out amoung themselves who pays the company's
fee.

...as if dealing via mail isn't already slow enough! This would require
shipping the item TWICE. Normal UPS takes 4 days, so if you did it this way
it would take about 10 days or more! No thanks, I wouldn't have the paticence
for something like this.
