However, the most significant
diference is the range of motion. Watch the HR on the infomercials, and notice
the deep range of motion. The knees bend to less than 90 degress at the
"bottom" or starting position. The swiveling handlebar makes it easy on the
hands in addition to providing for a variety of grips.
The HR has been the perfect complement to mi stat. bike. In a typical workout
at home I ride the bike for 30 min or more, then ride the HR for another
20-30 mins and finish off with some push ups and half sit ups. It's a killer
cardiovascular and toning workout!!!
Finally, remember that "you get what you pay for"...

Probably the most significant difference is cost (the CardioGlide is
around $300 cheaper) and that the CardioGlide has adjustable resistance
via a hydraulic cylinder.
