: Does a program like CyberGencis really work?? I've been lifting for 10 weeks

: experice in using a program such as this. If i can subsitue Cybergenics with
: a series of vitamin supplements and protein shakes this would really spare a

The only reason cybergenics appears to work is the fact that an
individual tends to loose a lot of body fat because of the strict diet
and workout program. If you ever take a close look at the people in those
cybergenics ads, you will notice that they are quite big to start off (a
considerable amount of muscle) but they are quite fat. The end picture
shows a guy with low fat but with the same amount of muscle. Very little
muscle appears to have been put on. The program may be decent for fat
loss, but that is about it. The supplements have nothing to do with the
results that are acheived with
the system. It is the hard work and strict diet that make the difference.
If you eat properly, perform intense weight training and do a moderate
amount of aerobics, you could get the same results without the Cybergenics.

I agree with Jason--when I looked at Cybergenics I couldn't believe how
intense the workout was. And you definitely need a workout partner...
There doesn't seem to be much to the supplements either--a lot of herbs and
stuff, but unless you're deficient in some mineral (like Chromium) or
you're not taking aminos when you work out I don't see any magic formula
there. Also, those ads are hilarious--although there is a big difference
in the bodies, they also switch from full front lighting to top and rear
lighting, get gorgeous tans, wardrobes, and new haircuts--anyone would look
better without even doing a sit-up!
But the ads are powerful--I still consider trying it when I'm desperate...

NO! It "works" for people with lots of muscles and fat. If you want to gain
muscle mass, really: don't try it. I don't know about Phase 1 but the total
bb program is 6 times/week with lots of sets, negative failures and allmost
no rest. The result is obvious: fat loss. And those pills are only
insurance for you not to become overtrained.

Every so often, someone asks about this program, and the answer is always
the same: its the program, not the pills.
Ok, so the next question is: Does anyone know of what this program is?
Or, perphaps another one that would produce the same results?
Thanks in advance,
