Just some basic chicken foot stock for cooking grain/legumes.

Theoretically, this should help me with joint and connective tissue
rebuilding. Rich in collagen and a natural source of Chondroitin. ;-)
Pigs feet can be prepared similarly, but I prefer the taste of these...

And it's fun to eat them at work so you can gross out your co-workers.

Chicken feet: Pressure cook for 45 minutes MAX. Otherwise the bones
begin to disintegrate. They are rather delicate. Same goes for duck feet
that can be purchased at many asian markets.

Pigs feet get pressure cooked for 1 hour, calves feet (on the rare
occasion that I use them to make Aspic) get pressured for a minimum of
75 minutes but 90 is better. You just have to be careful not to cook
those dry.
