Mon: BP up to 175 lbs. x 2, DL 225 x 5 x 5 on 3-1/2" platform, standing
wheels, 16 kg snatches

Tue: getups, windmills, swings up to 36 kg

Wed: press/pu 28 kg, FSQ up to 155 lb. x 2, BP 145 x 5 x 5, 1-leg DL's

Thu: snatch 20 kg 5+5 on the :60 for 12:00

Fri: qigong

Sat: FSQ 125 lb. x 5 x 5, DL on 3-1/2" platform: 225 x 1, 250 x 3, 265 x
2, 280 x 1, 1, 1

Sun: plan to walk 4-5 miles

Other - on Monday, saw my spine specialist. Hadn't seen him since about
1 year after my herniated disc so 14 years elapsed. He did a full
orthopedic exam, testing various things for strength and range of
motion, answered my questions about several aches and pains I have,
agreed with all my own conclusions about what was good and bad in my
body, and told me to come back in another 14 years.
