I was on Ripped Fuel - four tablets every other day with aspirin for a
month. Then I took a week off training and dieting.

One week has turned into three. I feel like crap all the time. First,
I had sharp abdominal pain for over a week due to extreme constipation.
That went away.

Then, I had painful sinus pressure and congestion and tooth pain for a
few days. That's now gone.

Now I'm constantly tired. I have a desk job and have a hard time
staying awake.

Question for all: could all this be related to getting off the Ripped
Fuel? I'd appreciated any responses....Phil Bass

Im usuall tired for a few days afterwards but thats about it. After 3
weeks I wouldnt think its from the ripped fuel. More than likely its the
lack of exercise. Try and make yourself hit the gym again. It may help
ya feel better.

I'm glad you started this post. As of this morning, I'm NEVER taking the
ECA stack again as I see it as being
potentially very dangerous. I had a terrifyinf experience this morning.
Last night, I worked 3rd shift, so in
order to stay awake (and to burn bodyfat) I had been taking the ECA stack on
some nights. Well, all was
relatively ok until early this morning. At times in the past I noticed
just a rise in my blood pressure from taking
the ECA stack (my ears turned bright red) and a little more energy and
nervouseness to keep me awake. However,
my ecperience this past night has changed my thinking forever. I will never
take the stack again.
I took my last "stack" at aroud 4:00am. I came home from 3rd shift
around 8:00. i was lying on my couch,
watching TV around 8-9, when I noticed very unusual breathing patterns in my
chest. Basically, I had a very
hard time breathing "on my own" and much of the breathing I did was forced
(conscious). I couldn't concentrate
on TV viewing and all I could think was I was going to faint, break down, or
even have a heart attack (my heart had
some irrlegual beats and was pounding very FAST). In a desperate attempt
to change things for the better,
I even took a little alcohol because I was so desperate to calm myself down.
Needless to say, this was, perhaps,
the most frightening thing that has ever happened to me. I've never felt
like i might faint (or worse) before. I've
now pledged to never bother with that stack again, as I believe it to BE
POTENTIALLY VERY DANGEROUS.
The ony explanation I can offer is that the Effedrine, which, initially
opened up by broncial passageways
while the drug was "acting", reversed its effects via HOMEOSTASIS and closed
my passageways, temporalily. causing
a real scare, like none I'v ever had before.
To everyone else that is thinking about trying the ECA stack, I now
advise to avoid it and try to lose any
bodyfat "naturally" (without drugs). It has the potential to be very
dangerous for some ppl, IMO, regardless
of what any ECA "expert"/proponent may claim (that it is risk-free).

ANY type of medication--whether prescription or over the counter--must be taken with
precaution and as prescribed/recommended. However, many studies (by experts, not
"experts") demonstrate the efficacy and safety of the ECA stack. Try a medline
search; you'll see ample documentation of its safety. It sounds to me that you either
1) took more than the recommended dose per day or 2) had an idiosynchratic response to
the ECA. I've been taking ECA for well over a year (I cycle on and off it), and I
have experienced no adverse effects.

Just remember not to take the stack for more than 5 days on 5 days off. Taking it more
than this can mess with your heart rythm. I didn't know the length to take it and was on
the ECA stack for a month and had a terrible time with irregular heart rythm after I took
it. Scary shit!

Some of the symptoms may be due to caffeine withdrawal. I feel like
shit if I don't have my 2 or 3 cups of coffee in the morning.
Personally, I've never experienced any withdrawal symptoms when coming
off ECA.

Cheers!

I had some of the same things happen to me. And I still have some
fluttering in my chest. And most of the time my ass was on fire from
shitting and wiping so much. I also had and still do have abdominal pain. I
have not taken that ECA stack for 4 months. And have not taken ripped flue
for 3 weeks. It is getting better and my energy level is coming back to me.

I've never heard of that degree of withdrawal problems with the stack
being used for that short of time, Phil. You might want to try
supplementing caffeine into your diet, either in pill form or in
beverages, etc. I believe it was Kevin Haggerty who posted that he cuts
the ephedrine off very quickly but the caffeine is something that (for
him) should be tapered. Perhaps this is the case for you. If it is
indeed withdrawal from the entire stack, then chalk up another one for
individual variation.

Dude, I keep thinking that your screenname is "ShitakeFire". I keep hearing
Bun Lim, a Malaysian chef, saying "shitake mushrooms" in my head. Then I hear
him saying, "Why you fire order? You fire too much. Stop fire order. You
fire too many order for us."

I have the same problem coming off ECA. The last time i switched to
adipokentix for a few weeks and tapered it down. Worked great. I personally
don't think the norephedine works as well for fat burning, but it (along with
continuing caffeine) helps you ween your way off the ephedrine addiction.
