What a bunch of crap.
No wonder people don't bother to exercise.

I'm just wondering what you find to be crap in the article. High reps?

Pseudo-physiology, weatherman-type yak. When all is said and done, you
still don't know the weather tomorrow, and half the time the predictions are
wrong anyway.
More later.

Research has shown that doing both is fine but the more you can separate
them, the better, at least for most people most of the time, e.g., one
can do 2-week cycles of strength (low rep) work alternated with 2-week
cycles of higher rep (strength-endurance) work and get good results.

Yes, there is room for both. The heavy sets break down the muscle
fiber and the light sets pump blood through the muscles. I always
finish off my bench presses with a set of pushups.

This plan will offer you a small insight on what hybrid training is all
about. Hybrid training takes the greatest of any training and guidance
system.

@Steve, everyone is different, some people will respond to just about any kind of training, and some people have to try and invent the wheel to get their body to respond. There's a lot of variables. Its a training variation so the body doesn't become acclimated to a specific training type.

People like Existential Angst make me laugh.....He probably can't even see his shoes because his belly is in the way.

People like you make me cry.
Either you are totally uneducated, or you need to get your money back from
whatever institution fleeced you.
At the very least, you are totally unprofessional.

Say the word, and we can go toe to toe, sentence by sentence, on that stupid
non-sequitur-ridden blog of yours.
Believe me, my belly will not be a handicap.

Wow.....@Exisential Angst .....let me put it in lamen's terms for you....unless you are the same sex, age, height, weight, have the same body type, metabolic rate, do the same amount of physical activity, eat the exact same diet, and have the same genetic make up....your body is not going to respond the same way or at the same rate as the next person.

The body will become acclimated to ANY TRAINING TYPE/FORM/EXERCISE/PROGRAM etc......hence why you change your training type every 3-5 weeks (depending on the person, because again, EVERYONE is different)for continued progress.

I'll be sure to ask for a refund for my education, and apparently your the only one who can act like an unprofessional A-hole....because apparently you know everything.

I think you should stick with this type of writing. It's much easier to
follow.

Well, I sorta had no choice, when 9 out of 10 people on usenet demonstrated
such difficulty reading on grade level.
And would then accuse ME of being ilitirit.... fuknamazing.
