Average Heights of Various South Asian Groups (From Tamils to Pashtuns)

I recently analyzed 13 different ethnic groups found in South Asia,
and I looked at 40 sample points of each group to determine the
average height of the males there. Also, I analyzed the standard
deviation. I got this information of their height from a South Asian
matrimonial service, and I realize that men may embellish their
heights. However, I assumed that all ethnic groups are "equal
embellishers" :) Also, I only looked at data from men who posted
their photos up, since this would hedge the number of "fake profiles"
up. Also, I used only ages 22-27.
My findings are that Jatt Sikhs are by far the tallest groups
analyzed. The Pashtuns, who are the martial race group of Afghanistan
and Pakistan, have historically been stereotyped as being very tall
"mountain giants" by Gandhi. Indian folklore regards them as being
very big and brawny. When compared to other Indian groups, they are
the second tallest, and there is a lot of variation in their heights,
even after taking 55 data points for their group (they were the only
group that I analyzed more than 40 data points).
It's interesting to note that, historically, South Indians are
characterized as being shorter than Northern Indians, due, in large,
to their rice-based diet, whereas the Northern Indians eat a wheat
based diet (along with the Pashtuns and Kashmiris). The Tamils,
Kannadigas, and Malayalees are all the shortest people here, along
with the Bengalis, who are rice-eaters of Eastern India.
I'd love to do this same method for whites of the USA between the ages
of 22-27, just for comparison.
