Building chest muscles, have been always the essential part of my
workouts. For me, chest muscles are one of the most developed muscle
group at the moment, not only because
I love to train them and I am a big fan of bench press, but I put much
effort to my chest in every chest workout.

A really deep, well-shaped chest is one of the most important
qualities
in bodybuilding physique.

- Train chest with a variety of exercises, by keeping the main stress
on heavy pressing movements.

- Use different angles and grip width on pressing movements to build
overall mass to your chest.

- By changing the chest workouts regularly, you avoid the adabtation.
I use to train my chest differently every week!

- Include barbell and dumbbell exercises in every chest workout.

- Use special techiques if possible. Top 3 special techniques for me
are, supersets, drop sets, rest and pause!

- Keep your chest workouts short as possible by keeping the intensity
high.

- Big chest muscles are made from variety of compound movements with
free weights that put a maximum stress to your upper body!

- Use both full range motion exercises and limited range of motion
exercises to add extra stimulation to your chest.

- Train your suppertive muscles as well, for example rotator cuff
exercises in your warm up.

- Stretch your muscle properly before and after your workouts.
Stretching really do have an effect on building huge chest.

- Secondary exercises to your chest are flys, that will improve the
movability of the chest. Focus on full control and deep strecth!

Now you know, how to build an effective workout routine. There are
tools above, how you can build your own chest workout routine that
works.
There are many ways, how to build chest muscle naturally. I recommend,
that you hit your chest intensely once a week. We are talking about
building large muscle
group when proper recovery is an principal, and it's true you want to
build huge chest muscles.

- Train with fewer sets and reps. You will achieve a greater muscles
stimulation by lifting the weights that are 75 - 90% of your max rep.
rather than tire out yourself with over ten sets and endless reps. I
can't say, that high repetitions are useless, but when it's come to
mass building exercise, an intensive
weight lifting is #1, secondary will come the isolation exercises

- I use very different training methods to build my chest. Principally
I use heavy power movements and that is the core of my all workouts to
build muscle mass,
but I train isolation movements and using high repetition sets as well
to accomplish my chest workout!

- Fly movements are not necessary, if your aim is to build mass to
your chest muscles, but are definitely worth to achieve an impressive
complex of chest!
I use fly movements only either at the beginning of my chest workout
to warm up chest or at the end of my workout to give a great pump to
my chest and I can fully stretch my pectorals.

- Special techniques for chest works great. My favourites are drop
sets, rest'n pause, heavy negatives. There are many ways to take
advantage of special techniques. You should have at least
one year training experience until it's good to take special
techniques into action.
