what is wrong with you people? This man wants honest advice and you fellas
all you can do is take the piss out of him
He obviously wants a 6-pack - he is chubby and wants rock hard abs so he
comes down into a V - so my advice is to eat plenty of steak and drink
protein shakes and do 50 push ups and 200 sit ups every day. And if you do
'em real quick . . . . well there is your cardio workout thrown in!
And on your fridge the following quote "I do today what most people won't so
that tomorrow I can do what most people can't do"
That is my recipe and I look GREAT!!
