Hmmm, I'm sorry to be skeptical, but this is a little hard to
swallow. I don't know any 5'7" *men* who weigh in at 136 pounds who can
curl anywhere near 125 pounds with a curl bar for 30 reps, let alone any
women. And, 16" arms are a little hard to believe as well...I mean, Tina
Lockwood has got like 17" arms, but she's 180 pounds. That, I believe.
But, I suppose the believing is in the seeing...
