How's this fitness combo?

I want to shed unwanted fat, mostely from my stomach. I'm not overweight, I'm
6'1 and 175 but I have a beerbelly. Anyhow, how's this for a routine; 2-3hrs of
cycling(stationary bike) and the ab-doer everyday? And don't tell me to just do
sit-ups, cause I don't like doing them.

If you like the looks of a bonebag it should work. Otherwise I would
train every muscle 1-2 a week with weight and reduce the cardio to a
sane level. Eg http://www.hardgainer.com//articles/25-62.html for
weightraining and 2-3 one hour cardio sessions per week. Getting rid
of the fat means adjusting the diet. Even with your 2-3 hours cardio
you can gain weight.

Wow! An hour of cardio at a time eh? The most I can manage is around 30
minutes (a little more than 3 miles) that works well for me 3 times a week.

some muscle by lifting weights combined with cardio (muscle burns fat)
~ great abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym ~ ab 'doer's' are
