If you like the looks of a bonebag it should work. Otherwise I would
train every muscle 1-2 a week with weight and reduce the cardio to a
sane level. Eg http://www.hardgainer.com//articles/25-62.html for
weightraining and 2-3 one hour cardio sessions per week. Getting rid
of the fat means adjusting the diet. Even with your 2-3 hours cardio
you can gain weight.
Wow! An hour of cardio at a time eh? The most I can manage is around 30
minutes (a little more than 3 miles) that works well for me 3 times a week.

have to stop ingesting so many calories. You might want to lift real
weights too so that you don't lose what little muscle tissue you have.
