I was trying to dig up some old ezines I wrote and discovered this
announcement when we merged CEMS-L into misc.emerg-services. A lot has
changed since then. This was dated Feb 21, 1991.

Ok that formatting sucked. :-) I also remembered running EMERG-L as
well and that was also merged into misc.emerg-services. Interesting.
