If you are interested in British English sites and information, you can try
some of the links on my website:
http://www.ukstudentlife.com. Click on "English" from the top menu, and then
one of the options on the left (for example: Study, Exams, Listening,
Reading, Writing, Speaking).

My site is not just about studying English - it is also about
living/working/travelling in the UK, for visitors or students from other
countries. However, my pages about studying English should contain useful
links and ideas for you. One that I can immediately think of is the free
'studying English' section of the BBC's website:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish.

Regards,

Mark

Quite an interesting site. I notice you are promoting some of the
charity disks/books for Children in Need. Very laudable but how do you
arrange it so that the commission on these from Amazon goes to the
charity and not to you?

I don't understand your comment. I have a website with about 3000
visitors a day and I would have put up some Children in Need stuff as
well. What's wrong with asking how it works?

I run a big free ad for www.thehungersite.com but I've been a bit
uncomfortable with that since I read that the owners of the site only
pass on 50% of the donations.
