Wagner high-performance airless sprayer from Costco

I've been hearing alot about the low quality Wagner paint sprayers
after picking up my new Wagner airless twin-stroke piston pump
paint sprayer (Model 9146) at Costco for $299. It looks like a
good unit, but I can't seem to find anyone that has one of these
sprayers. How does it perform and what is your opinion of it?

The unit has the following specs:
3/8 hp
.30 gpm
2800 PSI
.015 max tip
GX-07 contractor grade metal spray gun.
I'm thinking of painting the exterior of my house with this. I'm
worried about overspray getting onto my neighbors car and house.
Any tips and/or tricks to minimize overspray?
