We are having our newly constructed home carpets cleaned so that all of the
dirt and dust can be removed. I am only looking at ChemDry (Carbonated
Water Cleaning) Or Stanley Steemer (Hot Steam).

What has everyones experience been....or a professionals opinion would be
great.

Thanks in advance,
Steve

We experienced both. Hands down, Stanley Steemer was better. Much better job at cleaning, and, in one instance when we felt that a pet odor had not been eradicated to our satisfaction, they came back out and redid the *entire* floor (living and dining combo), no questions asked. I don't think Chem Dry really does as good of a job.
