I would like to hear from anyone who has had the Beaver Industries basement
water control system installed in their house. Recently I had a contractor give
me an estimate for some water leakage in my basement. Some of the bricks are
wet, moldy and the paint is flaking off. The backyard behind this wall gets a
lot of standing water on it when we get a big rain. I know that having the
basment waterproofed in the conventional way is very expensive. The estimate he
gave me was $2400 including having a sump installed.
My questions are; do you think that this is a good price?
If you have had the Beaver system installed in your home how well did it work?
Did it fix your problem? Have you had any problems since?
Any info on this will be most appreciated.

Thanks
Zack
