Look in your Yellow Pages under Notary Public. You'll find little
difference in fees: a Notary Public charges fees that are limited by
law. One place to find the California notary fees is

Some AAA clubs offer free notary public services; ACSC is not one of
them.

So I guess I shouldn't be so pissed because the mailbox/packaging/xerox store
charged me $15 for one document with two signatures. B of A stopped doing it
at all.
Annoying that when a broker you didn't know you had sends you stock
certificates without your request, permission or knowledge, YOU have to spend
money to get them replaced.
