Best way to pay high prices for cigarettes is to buy on line. By law,
they must notify your state government of shipping them into your
state. Expect a tax bill for the uncollected taxes.

If they bill your card and send nothing you should not have to pay
taxes. The only contact info is a yahoo address. For some reason a
polite request for an address and phone number was ignored.

Why smoke at all? Much more frugal.

Should you use the mailblocks package and expect a response from me,
you should preauthorize the dissensoftware.com domain.

I very rarely bother responding to challenge/response systems,
especially those from irresponsible companies.

It's healthier also and that's a frugal choice for health care as well.

Then again, asking "Why smoke?" is like asking "Why drink?" or
"Why do Drugs?" or even "Why fly hookers halfway across the
country when there are plenty of them locally?"
