finding an affordable campus

I am a Canadian citizen who wants to attend community college in
Florida, US.

Can anybody please advise what are the least expensive school for an
out of state student in Florida and outside. My major will be general
business. I am flexible to move anywhere in the country.

I have looked at the web, Peterson's and talked to some admission
coaches but more advice would be appreciated.
