Reverse mortgages have their place / advantages, but they are
definitely not for everyone (or most, for that matter).
There seems to be quite a bit of readily-available consumer information
about reverse mortgages on the internet. So there's really no reason for
anyone who can read and comprehend standard English to get sucked into
something that's either excessively costly or doesn't meet their needs.
If you're elderly, in decent health, own your home, want to stay in it, and
don't care about leaving monetary assets to anyone after you die, a reverse
mortgage from a reputable company can be an excellent way to tap your home
equity.
Okay...

Now what?
