Newspaper Firelog Request

Would anyone know how to make firelogs from newspapers
that involves ingredients other than detergent and water?
I have been searching for this information in several
libraries, but to no avail.

It seems to me that I saw a solution somewhere that
required a a mixture of ingredients that could be
purchased in a hardware store.

I would be most appreciative if someone could help me.
