I tried. Not easy (or perhaps not possible?) to make an original post.

I don't twitter. If this is essential I'll give it a shot, but I'd

Nope, just one of the unwashed. I'm really unhappy about this, on the
verge of feeling cheated. Freedompop offered a free service, I paid
what was asked. Now my $20 item is useless.
Moreover, I am unable to find any record at all of the $5 voice/msg/data
SIM (small amount per month forever) I bought for a tablet before I
bought the hotspot. NOT happy.
