A 3% CD rate is a huge ripoff.

Anyone can get 3.77% in a Schwab money market fund. 26 and 52 week T
bills are 4.66%. 12 month brokered CDs are 4.90%.

'unheard of' rates is utter nonsense. CD rates hit 18% between 1980 and
1982.

I'm sure these morons have never heard of Paul Volcker.
