I have subscribed and paid Fortune magazine in April last year for a year
subscription. Now not only they stopped sending me the issues I subscribed
but also they kept sending me bills stating that my next subscription is
overdue and that they require payment right away. What's the deal with that?
I just don't want to subscribe it anymore. All the hostile letters were sent
to me under a name, Matthew Hoffmeyer, the magazine's consumer marketing
director.

It happened to me twice in the past a few years when I only want to
subscribe Fortune for just a year and no more. And everytime when I call
them to complain, they will just promise to stop sending the bills right
away without any questions.

Now, what I want to know is whether anyone can tell me where I can report
this kind of behavior?

Thanks.

Lee

If you don't want to subscribe any more, simply throw those bills away.
The publisher will get the message. Its not worth worrying about.
