This investigation will attempt to verify the reasons for non-function,

moderated to unmoderated--as likely to cause more harm than good.

This newsgroup will have a gateway to a dedicated mailing list so that
people who do not have access to Usenet newsgroups will be able to read
and post messages to the newsgroup via e-mail.
