Business Software Developer Looking for Marketing Partner

I have a successful freelance consulting practice (since 1999) that
specializes in high-end business software and web-based systems.

I'm very good at closing clients if there is any interest in customized
software. I also tend to keep a client for many years once they are
added. I bill my bigger clients in the 30/40K range per year.
However, I'm terrible at cold-calling and marketing so my opportunities
for new clients are limited to referrals.

I'm looking to forge a partnership with someone who can bring me leads.
They don't have to be white-hot. Any business (of pretty much any
size) who has an interest in customized software development will do.
Usually that's enough for me to close on at least $1000 worth of
business.

I'm open to discussing various arragements, but I was thinking of 10%
of gross revenue (in perpituity - forever) of any client that you open
up for me, and 15% if you help with the closing process. If I keep
this client for years (which does happen a lot), you will simply be a
revenue partner for that client. Obviously, if things go well, we can
always renegotiate the figures.

This is something I should have done a long time ago, and I know with
the right marketer, we can both make a ton of money.
