advise about selling product

Hello,
I have created a product, whose principal activity ask to be done monthly
only at the first "read" but it contains functions daily useable and with
a
lot of importance, but not in the first mean of the software.
My problem comes about trial p=E9riod because if the user want to have a
first
good result he must wait 3 months if he choose month and not week for
analysis.And if he don't see the other functions selt with it.
So I have not put a trial period but I try with a low price.And with a
downloading Flash with explanations.
I would to sell by the net net because I have too lost money with
representatives a this time (bad luck?).
So if you have any idea this would be very fine for me.
People seeing the software say that is a good software, but it is not that
which done downloading by the net.

PS:it is a French software for the instance but we build the same for

Yeah, I got a question. I have no idea what your product is. You
need to be more explicit. What is your product? If there's a
website, give a link to it. What does it do? Who are its customers?
Who are its competitors? Those are the basic questions we need to
know to even try to help you. Or at least those are the ones I need
to know to be able to help you. Oh, and do realize that most of us
marketers are not computer people so don't assume we understand geek
talk.
