Julian was a wonderful denizen of this group for years. Is anybody
still in touch with his family? Perhaps a group of us could acquire
a copy and scan it in--but only with the permission of the rights
owners, of course. I hate to see good material fade away into obscurity.

The scanning should be done anyway. Then sit on it till the copyright
expires. Then publish it, nobody can tell that you didn't scan it the
night before.
