Upon October 1993, the honorable Susan Savage(D-Tulsa), with then
Oklahoma Gov. David Walters, with then Tulsa city Council chairmen
James Houge, and Vice Chairmen Dewey Bartlett, as well as, both the
Oklahoma, and Tulsa Chamber of Commerce, with aid and support of then
US Ambassador James R. Jones, lobbied for the passage of NAFTA, at a
16th century home called, La Hacienda De Los Morales, which is located
within the Polanco district of Mexico city. According to the Tulsa
World, Susan Savage, had stated that she was "exited to be apart of
this important trip to Mexico city, not only to honor Jim Jones, but to
continue the long and enriching relationship we have with Mexico, and
our sister city, San Luis Potosi."
According to the Tulsa World, it was unofficially confirmed, that then
Mexican President Carlos Salinas De Gatori, was to attend the reception
in Mexico City. Mr Salinas, is considerd one of the most hated men in
Mexican history. More than 250 assassinations had been carried out
under his regime. Even his own brother, Raul Salinas, whom is a
suspected narco-trafficker, is in prison for the assassination of Jose

After the reception, then US Ambassador James R. Jones, repeated his
call for Tulsan's to "Boycott NAFTA opponents at the polls." Upon
January the First 1994, the indigenous people of the southern Mexican
state of chipas rebelled, saying that, for them, NAFTA was a "death
sentence". Within twelve days of fighting more than 400 indigenous men,
women, and children had been killed by the Mexican federal government.
For more than five long years, the United States and Mexico have been
waging a bloody genocidal "Contra War" under the pretext of fighting a
phony "War on Drugs" within the southern Mexican state of Chiapas.-See

Mexican Soldiers are trained at twelve different counterinsurgency
schools, including, what human rights groups call the "School of the

US Troops with their Mexican counterparts then return to Chiapas, and
recruit, arm, and train the paramilitaries, or the "death squads" from

According to the D.O.D, there are at least 36 US Military advisors
presant within the nation of Mexico, but the official stance from the
State department is very clear, "there are no US ground troops within
the nation of Mexico".
Both the honorable Steve Largent (R. OK), and James Inhofe (R. OK),
refuse to answer questions in relation to US military activities within
the southern Mexican State of Chiapas. According to a represenitive of
the local district office of Rep. Steve Largent, Mr Joe Adams, had

Unfortinately, this bloody genocidal war has spread beyond the borders
of the southern Mexican state of chiapas, and has now spilled over into
the states of Oaxaca, and Guerrero, as well as the huasteca region,
which is composed of Verecruz, Hidalgo, and the state of San Luis
Potosi, which is home to Tulsa's sister city.
The government of San Luis Potosi, is controlled by white and mistizo
land lords known as caciques, who use election fruad, rape, torture,
and death squad violence, against its indigenous population as a tool
of political repression. Entire indigenous communities have been
ethnically cleansed by the San Luis Potosi state police.-see Mexpaz

more than 110 indigenous men, women and children had been killed by
government backed death squads, within the huasteca region.
The main goal of NAFTA, is the future privatization of PEMEX, the
Mexican state owned oil industry of Mexico. According to Cacilia
Rodreguez, whom is the US Spokewomen for the Zapatista National
Liberation Army, known as the EZLN. had stated that the southern
Mexican state of Chiapas and the nation of Guatemal combined, could
have an oil reserve taht could rival that of Saudi Arabia. Geological
experts agree, that there are vast oil reserves located deep within
indigenous land. Both James R. Jones, and David Walters had lobbied for
the privatization of PEMEX. Such a move, could pump billions of future
petro dollars the Tulsa, and oklahoma economies.
In the spring of 1998, a local human rights activist by the name of
Shawn Garner, had spoken out in behalf of the indigenous peoples of
Mexico, at city hall. He was silenced for his efferts. Then Tulsa city
Council Chairmen Terry Doverspike, had stated that this subject was not
relavent to city bussiness.
This story had even been rejected by KOTV News on Six, anchorman Paul
Serrel, he had stated that the good people of Tulsa would not
understand such a complex issue, and that the only thing he could do

The Tulsa Global Allaince sister city project is not about world peace,
or even global understanding. Its about world dommination! The city of
Tulsa supported political and economic policies that had lead to the
death and destruction of thousands of indigenous men, women and
