An electronic format of the Irish Times ( 2 days old with back issues to last
month) is now available.

http://granuaile.ieunet.ie/ois/irishtimes or by accessing IEUNET via W3 to
servers by country. The IT also has a survey form to drum up business for
electronic delivery, I think.

If there is an easier way than navigating through the successive W3 menus to get
this will someone advise me? How do I access the above "http:" example; I tried
telnet.
