IRAN WARNING: CHEMICAL WEAPONS AND THE BUSINESS WORLD
Do not have anything to do with Iranians, male, female,
businessman or government officials. Do not even marry one, this will
be used against you. When they have hooked you, they exploit you and
then leave you to your fate. They escape to Iran, returning to Europe
to enjoy the good life when the danger has gone.
My story should warn you to b cautious. Mehdi Farschi did
business with the company I worked for. I had a lot of dealings with
him. A friendship developed. Friends do favours for each other, not
asking questions. How could I have been so stupid. He was not my
friend. When I was no longer useful, having difficulties, he left me.
He did not answer my phone calls for help. He changed his home
telephone number. He denied me.
I have lost my family, my home, my good name. I am not sorry for
me. I will make it very difficult for Farschi to work in Europe
again. Why should he enjoy a good life in Wien, with his family, when
I have lost everything. I want to let people to know what he has
done. To take everything away. I want the Austrian authorities to
find out who the real Mehdi Farschi is so they will not give him the
Austrian nationality he so much wants. Why does he want to give up
his Iranian nationality? I want to make him to know what it means to
be alone. To live afraid. To hide to be frightened of the knocks on
the door. what it feels to alone, frightened. To fear the knock at
the door.
Because I got to know Farschi I learnt things about the way he
works. I have also done some checking. I am giving you this
information so if they find me and destroy me it will not be lost. I
will carry on finding out about Farschi as long as I can. I need your
help, to get a full picture. If you know anything about Farschi let
me know. Put it on the Internet on any of newsgroup I have used and
I will find it. I will set up direct communications when I have
found somewhere to live.
To any government or international authorities, why do you allow
this to continue? Why do you punish the small man? Is it so
difficult to catch the big fish? Do they have some power over you?
Do something about this man and his country's activities. How can you
allow them to live and work with you when you know that the chemical
weapons they make will be targeted against you.
There are three main persons which I need to warn you about

- Hossein Maher
Austria is the centre of their activities. Why Austria when Farschi
speaks bad German. His front company Bandaran is based in Tehran, it
does not have a office in Austria. Do you know why the Iranians like
Austria?
Head of Iran's chemical weapon procurment network is Dr Majid
Abbasspour Tehrani Fard
Place: Tehran
Bank Accounts: London, Frankfurt, Switzerland
Position: Director of the Special Industries Group (Department 105),
of Defence Industries Organisation (DIO), Head of Iranian
proliferating programme and directing the work of those not in Iran.
Also technical adviser to Iranian President Rafsanjani. Does not
leave Iran often, but when he does he takes the title of Minister of
the Environment. What a strange sense of humour Abbaspour and his
bosses have. In public they protect the earth, in private they
develop the means to destroy every living thing. Last seen in Tokyo
in November for a seminar on the marine environment in the Gulf. What
was so important that he had to go and not send one of his people?
Perhaps the places stopped were important - Hong Kong and Dubai being
major points for embargod goods for Iran? In April 1993 he visited
Wien and has also been to Geneva and Frankfurt.
Main person in Europe is Mehdi Farschi or Farshchiha, or Mr Hashemi
Bari or Masoud.

business. Not as intelligent as Marjan.

Brother of Farschi: Hassan. Works in Tehran. Has the majority shares
in Bandaran. Assists in running the company but stays in the
background.
Brother of Farschi: Mohammad, somewhere in America.
Hossein Maher
Position: Buyer of chemicals and processing equipment
Place: Tehran
Stays in the background. Does not do business with western
companies. Has many front companies. Has anyone done business with
him? What was he buying and which company did he say he was from?
The middle man, is Manfred Felber
Born: 1941, Austria
Address: 15, Johnstr 13/15, Wien
Company: GE Plan Imp. Exp. GMBH
Wife: Second, Maria Mohammadi Mozyed, is Iranian
Bank: Bank Melli branches, Frankfurt, London
I have been told that Felber's Iranian family got into trouble with
the government because they were communists. To get them out of
prison he agreed to help Abbaspour.
In March 1994 Felber was arrested in America for money laundering
and trying to purchase chemical agent monitors for Iran's illegal
chemical weapons programme. Sentenced to 4 years and 3 months.
Released from jail in July 1996 after serving only 28 months. Part of
the money for the purchases came from Farschi. Farschi even made an
application to get the money back ($605,000) but was not successful.
He did not want to go to America. Why did he decide to lose all that
money then not go the America? What was he afraid for? Did he tell
Felber of the danger?
Felber has not been seen in Austria since he got out of prison.
Where is he now? Starting a new company somewhere to carry on working
for the Iranians?

Cover company for the procurment of Chemical weapons material for
Abbaspour and Hossein Maher. Farschi told me that Maher is the man in
charge of getting chemicals and chemical processing equipment through
companies like Bandaran for the DIO.

Chairman: Farschi
Also run by the Farschi and his brothers. I do not know if it has
been used for procurment. Does anyone know about Kapileh?

Alija Sirbegovic
Position: Close associate of Abbaspour and the DIO. Also worked for
Farschi
Company: Ajna Handels GMBH, A-1090 Wien, Maria Theresienstr 5/41
Engineer from Yugoslavia. Worked with Farschi on buying machinery.
Occasional visitor to Iran to deal directly with Dept 105. Has helped
for several years to build Iranian defences against other countries
Atomic, Biological and Chemical weapons.
GE Plan
Location: Vienna (branches in Torino, Burghein, Moscow, Tehran)
Partners: Manfred Felber and Gustav Kurz
Used by Farschi as major route for procurment. I was told
that Felber tired to buy the CAMS in the USA using heroin and money.
Company may now have been closed down. Has anyone done business with
this company recently?
Gustav Kurz
Position: partner in GE Plan Imp. Exp Gmbh
Location: Vienna
Partnership with Felber. When Felber was arrested Kurz started to
work with Farschi in procurement. The relationship did not end when
Felber got out of prison.

Franz Sager of Hall Und Sager arranged a deal between Farschi and
Remplbauer. To purchase of some sort of processing plant. What was
the plant going to be used for?

Office in Tehran and Vienna. Business dealings with Bandaran.

It launders the profits made from deals he did for the Iranian
CBW programme. Front business doing up old property and reselling.
Farschi claims to work for the company and receives a monthly salary
from it. Little business takes place.

Farschi in contact with chemical division to negotiate sale of
materials for production of a chemical processing plant. Goods
relations with the Directors.

Introduction to Felber by Farschi's Czech link. (Anyone know more
about the Czech angle?). Merz arranged the procurment and shipment of
large amount of chemicals to Bandar-e-abbas in Iran from China. The
same cargo that Felber shipped and why Farschi was in China?. Can
anyone give me information on this trip? Did anyone visiting China
meet with Farschi in 1994? A long way to go for a just a holiday.

This link between the Iranian Farschi and the Jew Moshe Regev seems
odd? Does anyone have any more details on Regev and his business?
Why would he let his company be used in these deals? Has several
companies, one is Ahava Unikum Handels GmbH, of Bad Homburg (Import
and export), a branch in Linz.
GREAT BRITAIN
Javad Ghotbi Ravandi
Company: J G Ravandi Trade & Finance, SMP International Property
Service
Location: London
Iranian born, now British. Ravandi uses various business (carpets,
property (money exchange etc.) to launder money for Farschi. Has a
relationship with Jafar Pourjalil Reyhani, a major figure in Iranian
international heroin trade. Again, this link between Iran, Farschi
and the heroin trade. Do the Iranians use drugs trafficking to
purchase chemical warfare technology?
CHINA
Relations with business men in the Far East and Hong Kong who
organise the illegal shipment of chemicals from China to Iran. Felber
was used as the intermediary, although Farschi did visit China in
February 1994. I know that Felber organised the purchase of 300MT of
embargod chemicals to be bought in China for Iran. The Chinese
companies were state-run enterprises, so the Chinese government must
had knowing of this.
IRAN
Dr Jamal Esfahani Noktehdan

Position: Managing Director of Bandaran, Tehran.
Sadeq Ahmad Okhovat
Company: Dept 105
Position: Responsible for procurment of chemical and biological
warfare items from Eastern Europe. Works with Abbaspour, Farschi and
Fotouhi.
Seyed Mohammed Reza Fotouhi Zavaredah
Company: Bandaran
Using Austrian banking laws he opened a covername bank account for
Farschi. It's purpose is to launder Farschi's money (always a
percentage to each deal for him not the regime) and hide payments.
Faraschi has used Fotouhi and Noktehdan to open account for him at
other banks, but he tries to keep this very secret, even from people
like Maher. Why? Links exist to British Virgin Islands, Isle of
Man. Haven't been find the details yet but I'm working on it.
ITALY
Company: I.C.M Technoglass
Location: Italy
Farschi obtained a variety of items from them including vessels
glass-lined for Iran's CW program. The company provided equipment for
Arak Butachlor project in Iran. The original company has since been
closed. However, I understand Farschi is trying to get in contact
with the new firm.
LIBYA
Connection to Saif son of Col Gaddafi, a money laundering plan to
change Libyan dinars into US Dollars. Farschi was then intended to
cheat his own government by giving them fake Iranian rials while he
held onto the dollars. Rumours that the fake rials were manufactured
in the Far East - where in the Far East? No wonder Farschi wanted to
get rid of his Iranian nationality in favour of an Austrian one. But
it's not that simple, well done Austrian authorities you are at least
trying to do something that is more than other governments are doing.
So go all the way and kick him out.

AUTHORITIES IN WESTERN EUROPE, HONG KONG, CHINA
Farschi is working in your countries, procuring illegal chemicals
and processing equipment which Iran uses in its CW programme. Some of
you know this, as my relationship to Farschi drew your attention to
me. It cost my job, my family - why are you not taking steps against
this man?
COMPANIES
Have you had anything to do with Bandaran, Farschi, Abbaspour, or
Maher. Do you know their true role? If that is so have you
considered the possible consequences of your work with them? Learn
from what happened to me, look for help to get out of it. Do not wait
for the authorities to find you.
