Dear Friends and Colleagues, You may recall that in my opener for
this series I'd suggested that a useful way for us to relate to the
COP 17 in Durban this autumn is to get cutting-edge info to those
who may attend it as protesters. (To refresh your memory I'll paste
my earlier brief comments at the bottom of this.) I'd emphasized
the need to provide climate-destabilization info as a way to break
the simplistic focus on CO2 which among other things distracts from
the massive effects of aluminum and barium particles--chemtrails--sprayed
clandestinely for more than a decade now from quite a variety of
aircraft.

But even more important than this is reaching them with info about
the best ways to replace King Cong (coal/oil/nuclear/gas).

Much of what's below is helpful for this.

I hope some of you can attend the future-energy conference (please
see directly below) next month in Maryland, then relay the most
pertinent info at it to the various groups planning to attend COP
17.

Today we are facing an energy crisis that threatens the future of
our species.

Cheap energy from fossil fuels has allowed civilization to grow and
expand. In the past hundred years the human population has went
from millions to billions. As access to cheap fossil fuels becomes
more difficult, all of this progress is threatened. Currently, there
are at least two companies that claim to have technologies that
could provide a solution to the energy crisis. One of these companies
is Randall Mills' BlackLight

and the other is Andrea Rossi's Leonardo
Corp<http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:Andrea_A._Rossi_Cold_Fusion_Gener
ator>.

BLP and Cold Fusion in a Nutshell

BlackLight Power claims to have a technology based on producing
shrunken hydrogen atoms called "hydrinos." Basically, their claim
is that when atomic hydrogen comes into contact with one of several
catalysts (there are at least a dozen) the orbit of the electron
around the hydrogen nucleus is reduced below the "ground state" and
energy is released. The energy is claimed to be in the form of
extreme ultra violet light, X-Ray radiation, and "third body
radiation." This energy is claimed to be hundreds of times as much
energy as would be obtained by burning the hydrogen chemically. In
fact, it is claimed to be an energy between that of chemical and
nuclear.

Andrea Rossi claims he has produced a cold fusion technology that
utilizes nano-nickel powder (with special preparations and processes),
hydrogen gas, and special undisclosed catalysts. The reaction between
these components produce a nuclear reaction which results in a
release of energy in the form of radiation. This radiation heats
the material of the cell which warms water.

The reaction is controlled by manipulating the pressure inside the
cell and the temperature of the cell. If this is a true nuclear
reaction then millions of times the energy of chemically burning
the hydrogen could be produced.

BLP's Similarities to Cold Fusion

These two technologies seem to have some similarities. They both
use atomic hydrogen as a fuel. Also, they both use special catalysts.
However, the main difference is that BlackLight Power does not claim
to use nickel as a fuel to fuse with hydrogen. BlackLight Power
denies any sort of nuclear reaction is taking place and claims the
only source of energy production in their cells is the production
of hydrinos. In fact, it seems BlackLight Power has made a special
effort to distance themselves from claims of cold fusion. This is
despite the fact that some of their early experiments seem similar
to cold fusion experiments that have been performed.

The following is a document that details one of the tests Thermacore
did to confirm BlackLight Power's claims. Notice how the use of
potassium, hydrogen, and nickel is similar to other cold fusion
experiments.

is another document that details an early experiment. The cell has
a platinum anode and nickel cathode in a solution of water and
potassium carbonate.

BlackLight Power claims this setup also produces hydrinos.

Catalysts

There has been some speculation on the internet about the possibility
that Rossi's device and other cold fusion devices are also producing
hydrinos. This could be since the BlackLight Power effect seems to
produce hydrinos utilizing so many different catalysts. On page 104
and 105 of the following document there is a list of the catalysts
BlackLight Power has publicly disclosed.

Could Rossi be using one of these catalysts? We do not know, because
for proprietary reasons he does not disclose the catalysts he is
using. However, if he is using one of them, how could the production
of hydrinos allow his device to produce fusion? One hypothesis is
that somehow the shrunken hydrogen atom is able to more easily break
the coulomb barrier and allow it's nucleus to interact with the
nickel nucleus.

A paper was published on Rossi's blog (The Journal of Nuclear
Physics) that explores the possibility of hydrino like atoms being
formed and allowing nuclear fusion to take place. Even though Rossi
denies his technology has anything to do with BlackLight Power's
the fact this was published makes me wonder if he is accepting the
possibility of a new form of hydrogen being created in his device.

However, please note that the atom proposed in the above document
has some fundamental differences from a hydrino. They are clarified
by the author of the paper

Byproducts and Transmutations

There is another interesting difference between BlackLight Power's
technology and Rossi's Cold Fusion technology. Rossi claims that
his device produces transmutation of elements due to nuclear
reactions. One of these is copper and another is zinc. BLP claims
that hydrinos can interact with other elements to form, "hydrino
hydride compounds." These compounds are claimed to have special
properties which allow for many applications.

"The novel compositions of matter and associated technologies could
have far-reaching applications in many industries including the
chemical, lighting, computer, energetic materials, battery, propellant,
surface coatings, electronics, telecommunications, aerospace, and
automotive industries."

If BLP can indeed produce new compounds, that would confirm the
hydrino hypothesis. If Rossi can produce transmutations of elements,
that confirms cold fusion. However, I wonder if Rossi has found any
"hydrino hydrides" in his cells and if BLP has found any transmuted
elements?

Radiation

One more issue that needs to be addressed is the similar types of
radiation being produced by BlackLight Power's (Randall Mills) and
Leonardo Corp's (Andrea Rossi) devices. It would be interesting to
determine if any gamma or neutron radiation is ever emitted from
BLP's device which might be a sign of nuclear transmutation. It
would also be interesting to find out if Leonardo Corp's device
emits any EUV or X-Ray radiation which could possibly indicate
hydrinos are being formed. Rossi claims that testing for X-Rays has
taken place, but he has not yet received the results.

The lead shielding around the device indicates X-ray protection.

Conclusion

Are these two technologies related?

On one hand we have BLP, that uses openly discussed catalysts and
hydrogen along with sometimes nickel components to produce "hydrinos"
and energy.

On the other hand we have a cold fusion technology that utilizes
nickel, hydrogen, and undisclosed catalysts to produce transmuted
elements and energy.

They seem very similar in some ways. However, what we need is more
information. Unfortunately, I doubt BLP will reveal any time soon
any testing they have performed that might indicate fusion reactions,
gamma rays, or transmutations. Also, we do not know when Rossi might
reveal the catalysts he is using and the results of the testing for
X-Rays.

If these two technologies are related it means that if either one
of them ever hits the mainstream we might have both cold fusion and
a hydrino technology on the market!

An inventor from the Philippines has demonstrated a bare bones
electric vehicle with an 11-kW DC motor running on just one 12-volt
battery, which is kept charged via an antennae circuitry that draws
electrostatic or radio wave energy from the surroundings. He's also
developed a super-efficient repelling force that he wants to engineer
into an engine.

When we hear of electric vehicles, we typically envision a trunk
full of batteries. Not so with an electric vehicle prototype developed
by Filipino inventor, Ismael Aviso. In his small prototype vehicle,
one 12-volt battery is all that is needed, because his vehicle is
not running from the storage capacity of the battery, but the battery
is merely serving as the delivery point for the energy that is being
harvested from unseen energy all around us through his special
circuitry.

This is reminiscent of Nikola Tesla's
Pierce-Arrow<http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:Tesla%27s_Pierce-Arrow>
electric automobile conversion that he ran on a little black box,
extracting energy freely somehow from the wheelwork of nature,
requiring no petrol.

Aviso has been working on this for 13 years but recently achieved
a major milestone, posting a video to YouTube showing his vehicle
running for around 10 minutes back and forth in his long garage,
with passengers on January 31, 2011; but the battery stayed full.

First of all, the 11 kilowatt DC motor should have very quickly
drained the one battery. Aviso says that "there is no one else who
can run an 11 kilowatt motor on just one 12-volt battery. Usually,
it would take at least three such batteries." So that was the first
feat.

Secondly, at the end of the demonstration, the voltage on the battery
was 13 -- higher than the rated 12.6 volts for the stock battery.
Acceleration takes a lot of energy. Stopping and starting like that
repeatedly should have sucked a battery bank down. Yet the battery
stayed full, and then some. The Motolite<http://motolite.com/>
battery they used is a common and well-known brand in the Philippines.

Aviso said that this is made possible by an antenna that receives
energy from signals in the range of 750 megahertz to 1.2 gigahertz.
He says that once he tunes his device to the proper resonance, "any
signal within that range will be collected to boost the power of
the battery", enabling one battery to power his vehicle. He names
the effect "Fymeg" (FYMEGM) energy, in memory of two of his late
friends who helped in the earlier phases of the project. In contrast
to the Bedini and Bearden technologies which are high impedance,
his technology is based on low impedance and high voltage.

Aviso did the demo in the garage because the weather was unpredictable.
The next day, he posted a video of them driving around his neighborhood:
a third-world depiction, that he said he would like to uplift once
this technology takes hold.

In looking at his earlier videos, you can see that he stripped down
the vehicle to its bare minimal requirements making it easy to see
that there are no hidden power sources or other devices that could
be accounting for the power being demonstrated. This version is
also greatly simplified from earlier ones that involved banks of
capacitors and other electronics equipment.

This whole scenario brings to mind for me a prophecy: ""And base
things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen,
yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are..."
(1 Corinthians 1:28) Aviso envisions a retrofit kit costing around
$3000 (not including labor) to enable a petrol vehicle to be converted
to electric using this technology. He likes to compare that to the
$25000 price tag usually accompanying conversion to run on an AC
motor; or the $12000 price tag for conversion to run on a DC motor.

He said that his technology is ready for demonstration to qualified
parties who are ready to help them move forward with the funding
and expertise they need.

Once he gets adequate funding, he plans to file patents simultaneously
worldwide. So he is not disclosing how it works yet, just that it
does work.

He said that the equipment that will be required to measure the
ambient frequencies around the device costs around $150,000; and
this will be one of the tests that will need to be done fairly soon
to characterize what is going on with the device.

He hopes to get some support from the Philippine government to get
some funding to do proper third party testing.

But this isn't all. There's more where that came from.

Electro-Piston Once Aviso gets adequate funding, whether from
investors and/or from sales of this first product, he wants to
finish developing another technology he's been working on creating

Videos February 8, 2011: Driving around, stays at 13 volts On
February 8, Ismael Aviso posted a 6-part video set (minus part 5
that had some problems) showing his EV driving around town, ending
up at his church, where they drove around the parking lot. They
showed the voltage of the single battery powering the vehicle at
the beginning, then in video 6, they stop several times to check
the voltage. Each time it reads 13 volts. At the beginning of video
6, they show four people riding on the vehicle. The rest of the
time shows two people riding, taking turns driving.

There is no way that this one battery could sustain this vehicle
for even a minute without dropping in voltage, without some kind
of on-board regeneration of power taking place. In the five parts
shown, there is nearly 25 minutes of run time total. Video 6 is the

Today Matt Imber brought to my attention a video that has surfaced
showing a 1992 interview with Stanley
Meyer<http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:Stanley_Meyer>, who
is famous for allegedly powering a dune buggy with water through
an onboard process that allegedly converted water in small amounts
into a fuel that could run the vehicle. The 37-minute clip shows
the vehicle from many angles, the key components, how they work,
and it gives Meyer's personal ambitions with the technology, both
to commercialize it into an affordable retrofit kit, and what he
plans to do with the proceeds.

Six years later, Meyer was poisoned in a restaurant; standing and
saying, "I've been poisoned", before falling over dead.

The video that surfaced for the first time on YouTube a couple of
weeks ago is accompanied by a statement to the effect that threats
have been received, so feel free to copy and disseminate the video
to prevent its disappearance. We therefore uploaded a copy of it,

As a free energy newsman, I know a little about a lot, so I'm not
intimate to all that's out there on Stanley Meyer, but it seemed
to me that this video contained some great info that could help
those out there who have been trying to replicate the technology.
It's a good overview of the technology and of the man and his team.

They were talking about soon going into production with a retrofit
kit for vehicles, which would only cost $1500 and would enable them
to run on water;

and another kit for large trucks, that would cost less than $5000.
Meyer held out a device that would replace the spark plug, and would
contain the reaction chamber for turning water into the ionized
gas.

In one facility, he was expecting that 11,000 units could be built
in one 24-hour period.

In the retrofit, he envisioned just using the gas tank to hold the
water. I wasn't impressed by Meyer's explanation of how the water
is kept from freezing in frigid temperatures. He seemed to have a
clever method to keep the tank from freezing using very little
energy, but that wouldn't work for the lines.

A bit of a red flag went up for me when he talked about using the
proceeds of sales to evangelize Christianity to the world. And he
emblazons "Jesus is Lord" on the side of his car, next to "Water
Powered Car". People often put their brains in a jar when they
think someone is a "good Christian," turning the endeavor into one
of faith, rather than science or business. They open themselves
to being steamrollered with a great story and charisma without doing
sufficient due diligence.

Meyer collection and got it to operate, saying "it does work." He
also told me a few things about it, which went over my head. So

While in many regards 2010 has been a terrible year, that is not
the case when it comes to the exotic free energy world. By "exotic,"
I mean non-conventional or maverick free energy -- beyond solar,
wind, geothermal, tide, etc. We're talking overunity electromagnetic
systems, gravity motors, magnet motors, water as fuel, noble gas
engines and such.

As I predicted a year ago, 2010 indeed turned out to be the "Year
of Crowning", to use a childbirth analogy. We saw several free
energy technologies emerge, not necessarily ready for sale in the
marketplace, but getting close, such as being in beta testing phase
and working on production prototypes. I predict that several of
these will be available for sale in 2011, along with a few we were
not able to report on, as well as some we don't even know about
yet.

Last year, in my review of
2009<http://pesn.com/2010/01/03/9501603_Top_10_Free_Energy_Stories_2009/>,
the top 10 list was based on story popularity or traffic. However,
in reviewing 2010, I have decided to make my list more subjective,
focusing in on those developments that I personally think are the
most significant, but also weighing the popularity factor.

I apologize in advance if I am omitting technologies that should
be listed here or given more credence. And I should also admit
that I might be giving more credit than is due to some of these
developments. It is indeed likely that at least one of these will
turn out to be bogus technology. Such is the nature of probing the
realm extreme breakthroughs, as most of you have surely observed
by now.

Fast Freddy's Dodge Pickup Running on Water

The

year emerged in August when Frederick

Dodge 2004 RAM 1600 pickup truck around town and then on a 3,000
mile trip on nothing but water via their on-board hydroxy gas
generator that uses the truck's battery power to electrolyze water.
The hydroxy gas was pressurized to around 60 psi then injected into
the fuel rail, with the gasoline line disconnected. The
HHOi<http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:HHOi_under_Air_Pressure_to_the_Fu
el_Rail_to_Provide_Petrol_Substitute>(apparently a linear, ionized
form of the water molecule that is gaseous) appears to be where the
magic appears, somehow harnessing environmental energy (ZPE?) in

Then just prior to a demonstration that was supposed to take place
on August 21, the cell malfunctioned and was damaged.

with suggestions by Peter Lindemann about how to get it to run in
overunity mode, seems to be a bit more challenging than what was
first thought. Last week I asked them if anyone, or how many people
had been able to achieved that milestone; and the defensive response
I got indicated that no one has yet been able to do it. Part of
that may be due to the holiday distractions, and part of it was due
to not everyone having all the parts required yet, including Peter.

Unfortunately, these two heavy-hitter conferences
(TeslaTech<http://peswiki.com/index.php/Events:2011:ExtraOrdinary_Technology_
Conference> and
Bedini<http://peswiki.com/index.php/Events:2011:July:Renaissance_Workshop_(Be
dini)_Conference>) are going to be held the same weekend in 2011.
I'm torn because I really want to attend both. Rick Friedrich
should get the "tunnel vision" award for not realizing that the
TeslaTech had been scheduled for that weekend, long before he had
scheduled the November 2010 Bedini conference.

Hopefully this conflict will not create too much of a financial
burden on either series, as people are cutting back due to the world
economic meltdown, and both conferences require a certain number
of attendees in order to break even. May the rise of free energy
interest be strong enough to overcome what otherwise could sink
both functions. So I urge you all to do what you can to attend one
of these two events and encourage your associates to do the same.

I may have to do a coin toss to decide which I will attend, they
both have such excellent promise.

Valone's Fourth International Conference on Future

AOGFG Gravity Motor Going into Production?

I have a hard time imagining how a gravity
motor<http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:Gravity_Motors> could
work. It seems to me like everything will balance to zero, minus
any frictional losses.

Yet every once in a while, a gravity motor claim comes along that
seems like it could have merit. Historically, the most famous claim
to a functional gravity motor came from Johann
Bessler<http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:Gravity_Motors#The_Legend:_Bes
sler> or "Orffyreus".

aware of and began reporting on the Alpha Omega Galaxy Freefall
Generator

nerator_(AOGFG)>invented by Bobby Amarasingam in Britain. Bobby
has been contacting me regularly about his technology and the steps
being taken to roll out this technology into the marketplace.

A 12 kilowatt output version was allegedly built and tested and is
forming the basis for a Dutch group that is engineering for production,
with production prototype expected in March, and commercial product
being available by August.

For security reasons, that one is not available for viewing. Some
earlier prototypes are available, which supposedly show a 1/4
reduction in energy required to keep the system in rotation, according
to classical calculations.

The size, cost, and complexity of the AOGFG energy generator appear
minimal;

making it one of the most amazing breakthroughs that I know of --
if it is indeed as described. A 6-12 kilowatt power generator using
gravity as the source will supposedly cost around $5,000 or less
and be around 1.5 cubic meters in size. Companies are already
lining up to license the technology, with several already said to
be under contract, apparently being sufficiently convinced it is
real. He's asked me to help him find the right partners for a
license for the Americas, the qualifications being: humanitarian,
non-greedy, strong business ability and experience, courage to
decline buy-out offers from vested interests that might want to
shelve the technology.

Bobby expects a self-sustaining demonstration version to be completed
within a couple of weeks. This one would use the excess mechanical
energy to keep the main rotor turning.

Something like this would go a long way toward boosting the world's
alternative economy by creating jobs and reducing energy costs,
enabling independence from the grid, greening the planet, and
empowering people. Bobby wishes to use most of the proceeds for
humanitarian purposes, including bringing distributed power to the
impoverished peoples of the world.

I hoped to talk him into open sourcing, but his attorneys said that
it would violate the contracts that are in place with the existing
licensees. They might consider opening it up to open source in
August 2012.

In October I was approached by an inventor, Glen Davis, who said
he would open source his gravity motor design. He said he used
cardboard, dowels, and tin foil, for less than $10 to build his
alleged working prototype - "super simple". But when a friend came
to see it, and learned he planned to ship it to me to open source,
the friend went berserk, telling him he was crazy, and that he
should get a patent on it first.

PlasmERG Noble Gas Engine Emerging

one of the most promising free energy technologies of which I am
aware. The device turns a noble gas into a plasma state, then back,
getting work out of it each time, within a combustion chamber, while
expending maybe an atom of the inexpensive, inert gas each time.

PlasmERG retains a healthy lead among the few groups that are chasing
the dream of bringing to market the noble gas technology that was
first launched by Joseph Papp nearly half a century ago. As is
typical, things have taken much longer than expected to get this
far, but they continue to persevere and make progress toward market
readiness.

Their primary impediment is getting adequate financing of the right
kind.

They are are currently working toward their main electronics
production, office, pilot production and teaching facility, so they
can teach licensees and produce engines.

ERR Fluxgenerator Poised for 2011

The ERR

h's_Ark_Research_Foundation>, by Noah's Ark Research Foundation,
is a device that allegedly generates electricity by tying into the
Earth's frequencies, using a solid state arrangement in a panel
made from "left-handed material" -- Aluminum and Bismuth interwoven
with coils. It is a solid state free energy generator technology
ideal for distributed, stationary power applications.

All year, I've been featuring the ERR Fluxgenerator near the top
of the topical links at PESWiki.com<http://PESWiki.com/>, though
we didn't have any new stories about them -- until December, when
we posted two.

One<http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:ERR_Fluxgenerator_by_Noah's_Ark_Re
search_Foundation#Sales_Brochures> was about the 20,000 products
they had ready to go to market in Japan in 2002, with solid state
output of 300 and 900 Watts, but which the Japanese government

mption/> on where they are at now, and that they expect 2011 to be
a year of redemption. They are now working on generators in the

MYT Engine

stands between a conventional engine and his engine that he says
has comparable power output.

We had hoped 2010 would be a big year for Raphial Morgodo's MYT

but those expectations will need to be postponed a year, making
2011 the big year for them. He wasgoing

Engineers (SAE) in Oregon in May, but that was canceled. His new
motor is not yet done yet, but it is close.

parts count, low maintenance, high mechanical efficiency, and low
pollution. It can also function as a pump/compressor also exceeds
existing pumps/compressors in providing massive pressure, volume,
and flow; all in one unit. In March, we

very impressive.

Various Electromagnetic Overunity Developments

The Bedini group is just one of many who are pursuing ways of getting
free energy from electromagnetic manipulation in the spirit of
Nikola Tesla.

it was generally a let-down compared to the expectation, I wouldn't
consider it a complete failure. It just didn't rise to the level
of being an unequivocal demonstration of more energy being produced
than was being consumed. They also set forth a solid state
version<http://pesn.com/2010/04/12/9501635_Steorn_SKDB_solid_state_Orbo/>
of the technology alleging 200% efficiency, along with kits for
developers and experimenters.

of was the claim out of the Ukrain that the

available for purchase in sizes of 1, 5, and 100 kilowatt net output.
It was quite clear that they weren't so ready for sale, and one
account from a Russian forum said it was a bloated, shoddy kit not
worth the money.

By far, the most grandios claim of the year -- actually that I've
ever encountered -- came from Atilla
Alperen<http://pesn.com/2010/11/30/9501732_Alperen_Group_Contracting_85_GW_of
_TurXator_Generation/>, who said his electromagnetic overunity
generators are available for power purchase agreements through
government-to-government arrangements cleared by the Turkish Energy
Ministry, with pilot devices installed in several countries. He
said that they had 85 gigawatts of contracts in place. I wrote
twice to the Turkish Ministry to get verification or rebuttal, but
didn't get any response. Atilla stopped contacting me, mad that I
had tried to verify what he had told me.

In the United States, TWM

E)_by_TWM_Technology> seems to be making significant progress,
though they are still talking out of both sides of their mouths.
On the one hand, they don't want to turn off people in the mainstream
by talking about "overunity." On the other hand, they claim to
have achieved self-looping capability with energy left over for
practical use. Nearly every time I do a story about them, I get
contacted by someone trying to downplay what the other person said.
The biggest story about them came on September 11, when

gnetic_motor/> that they had received a US Patent.

In June, we heard briefly about a new company,
PowerStream<http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:Magnetron_Fuelless_Generat
or_by_PowerStream>, which claimed to have a self-generating power
system called the Magnetron, which they say is "first of its kind
to market", advertising output capabilities between 5KW and 2 MW.
They say the load-following device could be the primary and sole
source of energy for a myriad of applications, from home to business
to transportation power. Then just as suddenly, they disappeared,
didn't return calls.

Calloway V-gate Magnet Motor

captured the imagination and interest of the free energy community
starting in early November was the V-gate magnet
motor<http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:_Mechanical_Opener_for_V-Gate_Ma
gnet_Motor> with manual gate bypass. Even though "Roobert33" pulled
his video and said it was intended as a joke, many disregarded his
dismissal and still held out hope that this could indeed be a
plausible design, and several people, including one of the premier
replicators, CLaNZeR set out to build one.

Meanwhile, we discovered that "Roobert33" is Robert Calloway, and
he told Steve Marshall that this little device has been running
continuously all this time, powering a small light. CLaNZeR gave
us a

l/>when he pulled his website, and made his videos private. We
thought someone had gotten to him; but it turned out he was just
trying to get away from his barrage of emails during the holidays.
He's nearly done with his replication, which isn't one of his better
pieces of work.

I just got off the phone with Steve who is also replicating Robert's
design, and happened to be on his way to pick up the rotor he had
built. He is confident it will work, and he is all for open sourcing
the design to quickly disseminate and improve the technology for
the benefit of humankind.

John Hutchison and Nancy Lazaryan Clearing Gulf

Of course one of the biggest stories of the year was the Gulf oil
disaster<http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:BP's_Gulf_Oil_Volcano>,
which had the planet on the edge of its seat for three months. Now
that it has been "plugged," they are still spraying Corexit, which
is highly toxic to humans, fish, and animals.

Meanwhile, starting in October, as part of a solution, the famous
anti-gravity researcher and a favorite within free energy community,
John Hutchison, and his associate, Nancy Lazaryan, came up with a
device that emits a combination of audio and radio frequencies that
have the effect of clearing waters polluted by oil and dispersant
in less than 24 hours, bringing the native life back. Since then,
they have tirelessly been laboring to travel from beach to beach
in order to deploy their equipment and clear as much as they can.

Their efforts to get the attention and assistance of BP or the U.S.
Coast Guard have been essentially ignored, being brushed off. For
a little while, I had hope that one guy at BP was listening, but
he turned out to be a disappointment, just patronizing, with no
intent of giving their claims a fair look. All John and Nancy were
requesting was a barge on which they could put their equipment and
work from the water, without having to spend so much time finding
beach properties friendly to their work. Unfortunately, the level
of scientific rigor in testing and government certifications would
preclude either of those entities from showing any kind of support
until those lengthy and expensive steps have been taken.

was posted yesterday, from someone who is doing a documentary about
the saga.

Hall of Shame

Along with the great breakthroughs were some significant developments
in closing shop on some shysters. Mike Brady, my ol' buddy from
Perendev<http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:Perendev_Power_Developments_P
ty_(Ltd)>, ended up in jail for
embezzling<http://pesn.com/2010/04/24/9501640_Michael_J_Brady_arrested_for_em
bezzlement/>. After declaring bankruptcy in Germany, Mike Brady
rented a house at Lake Zurich in Switzerland and leased a fleet of
Maserati and several Range Rovers. He was arrested on March 29 and
extradited to Germany where 61 customers wanted their money back
($1 million Euros+) for non-delivered 100 and 300-kw electromagnetic
motors. It was also discovered that his idea was pirated from a
Brazilian patent, which was awarded in 1990 because a working design
was presented using expensive ceramic magnets which degaussed quite
rapidly. After this development and discovery, I

design, seeing no more reason to honor the NDA I had signed in 2002.

Another pirating scammer I became aware of in 2002 also went down
in 2010.

Tilley made a splash in 2002 with the claim he could run a DeLorean
he had converted to electric, powered by his device that could keep
the car running indefinitely. After taking a lot of people's money,
last January, a Nashville jury found Carl Tilley and his wife guilty
on several counts and levied both compensatory and punitive damages
against them jointly, individually and the two companies.

Hopefully Bob
Potchen<http://peswiki.com/index.php/Action:Bringing_Robert_Potchen_to_Justic
e>, who is still actively circulating and wreaking havoc in the
hydroxy community, won't take so long to be properly prosecuted.

Tilley and Brady also threatened me with lawsuits for my expository
coverage of them before they were brought to justice; and I didn't
back down with them either. I have plenty of evidence and witnesses
and supporters who will stand with me on this.

Key grievances against Bob Potchen include:

1. Key suspect in implanting two VeriChips in Bob Boyce's shoulder,
which caused malignant tumors that nearly killed Boyce. At a minimum,
this is electronic harassment. But it could also go to "attempted
homicide". Potchen's response has been to deny that he did any such
thing, but he has never offered to help find out who is responsible
for doing this while Boyce was at Potchen's facility.

2. He is selling a demonstrably lemon HHO product, which is giving
the HHO industry a bad name. All his modifications from Boyce'
design have moved away from efficiency improvement toward actually
decreasing efficiency.

3. He claims to have nothing but satisfied customers, when in fact
most of his customers have complained, and have received no recovery
for their losses.

4. He has repeatedly tried to steal and claim as his own, intellectual
property that originated with Boyce.

5. He has repeatedly posted as Bob Boyce, impersonating Boyce, to
the detriment of Boyce's reputation.

6. He has bought up hundreds of domain names including variations
of the name Bob Boyce, forwarding them to his own site. e.g.

contention in the HHO community, wittingly or unwittingly fitting
the profile of "divide and conquer".

The Magniwork<http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:Magniwork>
scam is still going, though at least now I don't see newcomers
trying to post ads through Google AdSense. Clickbank has ignored
all
