When we capture the costs of the Reagan swindle putting trillions
dollars of the social security trust into the general fund to protect
the trade routes of oil in the eighties, aside the Iraq war
expenditures, it becomes cheaper by far to convert the world to the
Solar Hydrogen Economy.
That is just the war money. The infrastructure rebuild is a billion
for 100,000 population in any city over fifty years old. We can
consolidate the infrastructure and use the funds earmarked for their
rehabilitation, maintenance and installation in new City-Scapes, to
retrofit and build the Solar Hydrogen Economy.
