subject of aerosol operations. Concerned citizens from as far as New

the Southland to participate in one of the first major gatherings of
its kind - the California Chemtrail Convergence.
Chemtrail is the common term used in describing the phenomenon of
what is left hanging in the sky after certain types of aircraft at
high altitudes release a white spray. These btrailsb extend across
the sky and are often in patterns of Xs, tic-tac-toe grids, cross-
hatched and parallel lines. These patterns open into wispy formations
which join together, forming a canopy of haze or thin white veil that
persists for hours.
Witnesses have noticed planes laying down broad white plumes over
every major city and rural area in the United States as well as
Canada, Europe, Australia, Mexico, Bahamas, Brazil, Croatia, and
Puerto Rico. Researchers believe possible uses for such an operation
could include weather modification, bio-warfare or population
reduction. Symptoms from exposure include; upper respiratory and
intestinal distress, pneumonia, extreme fatigue, splitting headaches,
aching joints and muscles, depression and other health related issues.
In addition to citizens gathering to discuss the implications on our
health and the environment, independent researcher Clifford Carnicom
and Naturopathic Doctor Gwen Scott will present to the public the
latest information available at the California Chemtrail Convergence
on Saturday, May 17th at the Immanuel Presbyterian Church* located at

bBiofuelsb has become a fancy term when talking about how to solve
the climate crisis, and the production of palm-oil and soy is booming
worldwide. Politicians promise that this will enhance development
opportunities for Third World countries and contribute to the
reduction of CO2.
bAgrofuels neither make sense from an environmental point of view
nor do they create development opportunities for marginalised people
in Brazil or other countries of the Third Worldb, says Flip Vonk
(ASEED Europe). bSmall farmers are expelled from their land, the
rain forest is being deforested, there is an increased use of
pesticides and fertilizers and at the same time the resource-
intensive life style in Europe or the US is labelled as bgreenb.
We cannot continue like thisb, Vonk adds.
Agrofuels are also on the agenda in Bonn. bIndustry and governments
like Brazil will try to prevent agrofuels and their impact on
biodiversity to be discussed at the COP. Worse, Brazil and Germany
have just signed a deal including ethanol trade. This deal is a pure
scandal and has led to the resignation of Brazilbs environment
Minister Marina Silva.b, says Nina Holland of Corporate Europe

The COP9 Action Network will stage two protests during the coming
weekend: On Saturday, we will protest in Leverkusen in front of the
gates of Bayer company against their massive destruction of
biodiversity through examples such as their extremely poisonous
pesticides or their promotion of Jatropa as fuel plants in India
(11h, S-Bahn station bBayerwerkeb). On Sunday we will be present
at several gas stations to protest against the production of
agrofuels (meeting point for the press: 11h, Oscar Romero Haus).

One wonders how his colleagues who heard this speech reacted to this
courageous statement. Unfortunately Paul does not suggest that the
Neo-cons he understands so well have committed any crimes -- even
though their role in 9-11 is established beyond dispute.
Give him credit for this speech -- it is late in coming and it does
not go all the way -- it exposes the psychological profile of a
serial killer without mentioning the serial killing -- but still
Paul's declaration of opposition to the Zio-cons. He is clearly
superior to Obama or anyone else in the race. But his failure to say
out loud what he must know about the truth of Zio-con involvement in
9-11 cannot be ignored. Is it a tactical move or is he a coward? I
still favor Bob Bowman, but if Ron Paul is somehow on the Ballot and
Bowman is not -- I will, as of now, vote for Ron Paul.
Yes, the speech was read and it may have been written by his staff to
gain support from populists -- but the mere fact that he delivered
it -- shows there are still grounds for hope this man as the
people's champion.

My congressional campaign is already heating up and getting lots of
mainstream coverage, not just statewide but also nationally through
wire services like the AP and even my good friend Bill O'Reilly's
website - I'm in the lower right corner at https://
www.billoreilly.com/ Since Bill is so interested in me, I have
challenged him to a formal debate on 9/11 and any other issues he
chooses. I have proposed that the debate be held on the Boston Harbor
quay, and that whoever the panel of judges decides is the winner
shall have the right to push the loser into the harbor. This could be
the first event ever broadcast live simultaneously by both Fox and C-
Span ; ) Come on, O'Reilly - let me prove once and for all that
you're all wet!
While I'm still waiting to hear whether Bill 'throw the 'conspiracy
theorist' into the harbor' O'Reilly accepts my debate challenge, I
didn't have to wait for my congressional election opponent, Rep. Ron
Kind, who has agreed to debate me at an unspecified future date (see
press release below). Kudos to Ron Kind for being the first federal
office-holder with the guts to debate a 9/11 skeptic.

Bad news: Chomsky has backed out of our scheduled interview. He now
falsely claims that I had promised in an email to completely avoid
the subject of 9/11, when in fact the email record clearly
demonstrates that the opposite was the case. He also endlessly
repeats the mantra that proving World Trade Center Building 7 was
taken down in controlled demolition would be unimportant, because
that would just prove that it was Bin Laden who demolished it. These
and similar statements led me (and many others) to believe the many
Chomsky quotes seemingly saying that 'it doesn't matter' whether 9/11
was an inside job were genuine. He insists they were taken out of
context, and waxes indignant about my having accepted them at face
value. For the record, I immediately accepted his claim that the
quotes were misleading, and apologized for crediting them - but he
refused to acknowledge three consecutive apologies, and continued
berating me for ever believing that he could be so crazy as to think
it 'didn't matter' whether 9/11 was an inside job. (Meanwhile, he
never tires of repeating that if WTC-7 was demolished, it must have
been done by Bin Laden.) Frankly, I wish someone would explain to me
the deep structure of Chomsky's statements, because the surface
structure makes no sense whatsoever. I will publish the entire email
record of our correspondence - a hilarious dialogue-of-the-deaf even
though only one side was deaf - as soon as he gives me permission to
do so.

Rep. Ron Kind Agrees to Debate Kevin Barrett
Unexpected Offer Comes as Barrett Announces Challenge to Veteran
Congressman
In an unprecedented breakthrough for both the Libertarian party and
the 9/11 truth movement, Rep. Ron Kind has agreed to debate his
Libertarian challenger for Wisconsin's 3rd District congressional

The first Barrett-Kind debate will undoubtedly draw national media
attention. It will be the first time a federal office-holder has
agreed to debate a leading figure from the 9/11 truth movement. And
it is apparently the first time that a major-party incumbent in a
three-way race has agreed to debate the third-party challenger rather
than the major-party challenger. (Kind and Barrett may be kind enough
to invite the third candidate, Republican Paul Stark, to participate
in the debates, despite the increasing irrelevance of the collapsing
Republican party.)
Kind's acceptance of Barrett's debate offer came just minutes after
Barrett's official announcement of his candidacy at Kind's listening
session in Sparta, Wisconsin.
Barrett said he was surprised and pleased by Kind's stated
willingness to debate. 'My respect for him just went up a couple of
notches,' Barrett said. 'Unlike Steve Nass, Mark Green, and the 60
state legislators who wanted me fired from my job at the UW due to my
political views, Ron Kind apparently has the guts to face me in a
free and fair debate. I'm happy to have found a worthy opponent.'
Alongside the national media, the Wisconsin media will be interested
in the debates, not only due to the unusual nature of the race, and
Barrett's refreshingly candid approach to the issues, but also
because Kind has been widely touted as a likely candidate for governor.
Barrett and Kind will be working together to schedule the debates as
the campaign heats up.
In more good news for the Barrett campaign, WTDY talk radio host Sly
has endorsed Barrett's candidacy. The endorsement represents another
unprecedented breakthrough, since it is the first time a major
mainstream talk radio host has endorsed a pro-9/11-truth candidate
for public office. The endorsement came on Sly's radio show Friday.
Finally, Richard Greene, host of the nationally-syndicated Air
America show 'Clout,' has chosen Kevin Barrett to produce his 'Month
of Truth' radio shows every Thursday night in May. Last week's show
featured Barrett, along with engineer Tony Szamboti, physics
professor Steven Jones, and architect Richard Gage debating the
demolition of the World Trade Center against former Special Forces
operative John Brown. This Thursday, May 15th, Rob Balsamo of Pilots

PTI will seek to unite new alliances toward a national strike for
impeachment.
There can be no doubt that the successful shutting down of every port
on the West Coast, stoppages in New Jersey, and Texas, refusals to
work or buy in North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, California, and
Montana have all provided tangible proof that the workers of America
have
the ability to bring this nation to a halt, and that the power to
determine the course of our nation, ultimately lies with The People.
The longshoremen, port truckers, and various activist groups who
united to promote this action have reinforced the strength of our
democracy in the face of an advancing authoritarianism. By organizing
and carrying out a truly national strike without any help from the
leaderships in Congress, business, or even union management, our
successful actions have made it clear that when so many Americans
demand something and Congress refuses to give it, we can pull the
plug until they do. And we do not need the media to do it.
PTI believes that there should be two central objectives in the
campaign to solve the myriad of problems plaguing America today The
impeachment and removal from office of George Bush, Dick Cheney, and
their associates, and the securing of legitimate elections. Once
achieved, these will bring an end to illegal war, reinstatement of
Constitutional rights, retention of our national sovereignty, job
security, and
quality of life. We believe that the pathway to these solutions leads
through the establishment of National Solidarity. When the many
become one, we will have our democracy back.
Toward these goals, PTI's first order of business is to meet with
the partnerships forged through the May 1st action, and discuss
cooperation in implementing the PTI Plan for Victory and calling on
all rank/file union organizations to join with impeachment and peace
groups to organize a national "stay home" strike, potentially to be
called for September 11, 2008, in cooperation with Votestrike.org.
Prior to
calling the strike an ultimatum will be delivered to Congress, giving
our lawful representatives a chance to do their duty to debate our
legitimate public petition for impeachment. The term of the strike
would be limited to three days, but extended if necessary. Once the
people's will has been delivered to Congress in this way, we are
confident that impeachment hearings will begin following a short debate.
According to The Plan, the ultimatum, "Impeach or We Strike!" will
only be delivered to Congress once we have sufficient participation to
achieve a national shut down. The strike will not be called until
the ultimatum has been delivered with defined demands.
To help PTI organize this action in time for September 11, direct
your group or other groups to this website and Votestrike.org and
begin to
distribute our flyer(this page or Votestrike.org homepage). Time is
passing, and the election that will send this administration out of
office with its criminal precedents
in tact looms just ahead. Take action. And win a future for freedom.
CARRY THE SIGN THAT IS MORE THAN A SLOGAN; IT IS AN ULTIMATUM.
More than three years ago PTI warned every activist organization we
could find that impeachment was the only way to stop the agenda
behind the current administration, but that without a credible threat to
strike behind it, any petition would be ignored and any bill for
impeachment would surely fail. In fact, it was PTI who first raised the
point that it only takes one Member to bring a bill to impeach, and
that we should not allow Congressional
Members the excuse that their lack of a majority forces them to stand
by while the administration shreds the Constitution.
In April of 2007, PTI complained to Dennis Kucinich's people that
quietly introducing HRes 333 was not enough and that Rep. Kucinich
needed to bring the bill to the floor supported by the people's pledges
to strike. On November 6, '07 we watched Rep. Kucinich bring the bill
to impeach to the floor, but without the pledges. We were then forced
to witness one of the most humiliating defeats of a bill in recent
history, as the supporters of the administration played with the
passions of Americans like a beach-ball, arrogantly keeping the bill
alive just to refer it to die in the Judiciary Committee. By not
bringing
the American people into the mix, Rep. Kucinich presented another
half-measure that was effortlessly defeated - as we repeatedly
predicted.
It must be clear by now that without direct public action nothing will
stop the agenda in Washington. Certainly, the candidates for 2008
offer no hope for real change. Today, as time continues to run out, PTI
has adjusted our Plan for Victory, asking people to not only sign a
pledge to honor the strike, but to begin carrying the sign that will
build
our numbers leading up to the strike itself. The sign should read in
bold,
black letters:
"IMPEACH OR WE GO ON STRIKE!"
When people carry the same sign at demonstrations, we create a
visible landscape of solidarity and potentially revive the public's
confidence in our ability to succeed in this most important campaign.
Declining numbers at recent demonstrations illustrate the lost
confidence of the American public that anything can be done. And
though it is gratifying to invent our own slogans it is far more
powerful
for everyone to carry a single determined message. Demonstrators
must then urge others to adopt the sign until we have built sufficient
solidarity to take our ultimatum to Congress. Either they begin
impeachment proceedings immediately, or we will proceed with the
Sept. 11th, strike.
PTI is also contacting all impeachment and peace groups urging that
they seize this opportunity to build a vital solidarity among outraged
Americans and encourage their people to participate in the Sept. 11th
strike. For four years we have watched opportunities, one after the
other, squandered on tactics that are simply obsolete. In this time of
rising authoritarianism demonstrations are easily ignored, petitions are
dismissed without comment, and vigils occur in a vacuum. All these
actions have a vital role, but must support an effective plan that
cannot
be ignored. Shutting down the business of America on Sept 11th will
serve
as a warning that the American people are united and ready to stop
everything unless Congress stops the corruption in our government.
