Hey Everybody!
This is just a heads up to a great event that is taking place: The
2nd Annual Technology Opportunity Night on Thursday, February 19th,
2009!
This is a great event and has helped me personally land the job that I
wanted for when I graduate. You don't need to be looking for
employment RIGHT NOW. The T.O.N night is a great chance to see what
the employers are REALLY LOOKING FOR and network throughout Montana
with the technology "heavy hitters". Events like this have helped a
lot of IS students, thats why MISA is the sponsor.
From 5:30-7:30 pm that evening on the 2nd floor Piazza in the
Gallagher Business Building there will be a series of five-minute
overviews of the different organizations – what makes it unique, how
students can successfully launch a career within the organization,
typical career paths, etc... The second half of the program provides
the opportunity to visit with employers one-on-one at the
organization’s information table. There is no charge to participate.
Refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be provided.
Bring a Resume if you want to find an internship or a job, most of the
employers will be looking for people for these positions.
I will be posting more info as it becomes available.
I hope you all enjoyed your break. See you soon!
